Improved over last year‘s model. They need to improve the listening quality so that it understands what you’re saying and some of the maps need to be updated as the directions one wrong. Overall much improved over the last couple of years

Item arrived when expected. No problems setting up.

This updated version having the built in WIFI connectivity is great. If there is an update, no need to connect to the computer. Have used Garmin’s for years. Just to bad I can’t add a police car on it like I did my others.

Husband wanted for the car so we do not use the phone, Garmins are quality products, this one is exceptional.

I've had a Garmin for many, many years. Decided to upgrade & chose the DriveSmart 55. Nice screen size with high resolution. Will be contacting Garmin support to find out why it can't get me to some places. I sat in the driveway of a relative's house & saved the location. Later I was out & pulled it up from my Favorites to return. Directions were fine until I got a half mile away, then it fell apart sending me to a spot that I really can't get to. It directed me to turn into a power station. DUH! Most locations it gets me to although not always the shortest path. Very disappointing.

A gift for my husband and he is thrilled with it. Updated quickly and we love the app function. I'm able to type in destination and send it to the GPS. Extremely happy with this one!

Very good. There is a lot of information on the screen. Lets you know traffic conditions, construction, speed limits, school zones, restaurants, toll roads and much more.

Such a wonderful product. I love that it tells me my direction of travel, what street I’m on and what my cross streets are as I’m approaching them. Would definitely recommend this!!

Not as nice as my old nuvi 265. I like my old one better.

I have always had Tom Tom's which were always great - however Best Buy didn't have the one I wanted. So I decided to purchase the Garmin and it worked well. I like the screen. So yes I recommend you try one out.

This id a terrific GPS and have great guidance both visual and audio. The audio guidance is quite accurate and timely. The only thing missing was the forward camera which can be extremely helpful in case of accidents

I like this gps. It has a smaller bezle around the screen. The only down side is this gps does not have voice commands like my old one had. It is wifi capable which is ok, but i do not use that feature.

in the age of the smart phone it kind of makes having GPS irrelevant. Unless you don't like habmving all your entertainment or services coming from one device. I used it for about two months and decided my phone was more accurate.

So far the new Garmain is working well. It has lifetime traffic & maps like the one I had before. Screen is one inch smaller but fits my car dash better. I travel with my Garmin and use it when I rent cars.

I had to replace my previous garmin with this one and it is worth the upgrade. I get live traffic reports, weather and my phone connects to it so it shows calls and messages, worth every penny.

Garmin has always made nice GPS's. What I like about this one is that there is no waiting for it to be ready. Very clear voice and map. Voice commands work.

Wow! Love this! I can depend on it in the city and rural areas. Gives traffic, can use your voice to command, and allows you to choose if you want tolls or not.

Very accurate GPS. Loud enough to hear while driving commercial trucks.

Very nice unit. However, Garmin was able to resolve my issues with current device. If I had to replace it would have been done with this one for it had features we liked.
