    I really like the product, but I had issues connecting and receiving alerts and messages to my iPhone. Hopefully they fix this issue with an update.

    Awesome watch. The reason for the two star review is from the very poor customer service experience. I was intentionally lied to by two different people from the customer support team. Not until I finally spoke to a manager, which was no easy task as well, was I told the correct information. Great product, poor customer service.
