Good but not great

Great watch, poor customer service.

The reason for the two star review is from the very poor customer service experience. I was intentionally lied to by two different people from the customer support team. Not until I finally spoke to a manager, which was no easy task as well, was I told the correct information. Great product, poor customer service.

I bought this watch and it was delivered to the wrong address due to a Best Buy error. I updated it so that the address could be changed! Now I received a message saying that they will try to recover the product to give me another one. I paid $1.2k+ to have my product before a trip. I'm coming back from the trip and I see that the item will not be available to me!! This is absurd.

Garmin is here with battery life measured in weeks not hours, metrics that ensure you’re ready for race day even if race day means it’s your goal to beat your own personal record or the world record. Bottom line is this if you’re looking for a smartwatch then look at Apple or Samsung or Google. If you need a sports watch Garmin is your brand.
