She switched from AppleWatch to Garmin and loves all the features...and battery life. I am a huge garmin watch fan and they contiune to get better every year

Specially for stress and sleep tracking. I wasn't as fond of needing to activate an activity for tracking, most times I'd forget and it would mess up daily calculations. Foremost, the watch was suppose to last 12-15 days without needing to charge. But it has been dying within a day sometimes even with full charge. My daily activity only includes 1hr of gym/strength with walks here and there throughout the day. It used to last atleast 3days but now it barely lasts even 1day if I'm tracking my gym hours.

Wish it had some basic smart functionality such as loudspeaker for the occasional call or text for iPhone. Still a good dedicated running watch.
