This scale does so much, my whole family loves it. Definitely worth the price.

The scale is good overall and I wouldn't discourage any one from purchasing it. However, it doesn't always sync properly with my watch. I also wonder if the readings are accurate. What it says for my overall weight at this time is generous, to say the least.

It's a scale that does exactly what it should! It connects to the app and keeps the info.

Trying to get the software to work with our phones is awful. Poor instructions and we have tried to follow the directions but we cannot get it to properly have multiple users.

We really like the ability to sync with the Garmin Connect App. Scale works great.

Plagued by consistent issues with Garmin Connect. Does not work with Myfitnesspal (actually requires you to disconnect from Garmin Connect if you are currently using it) if you want advanced metrics to show. Inconsistently weighed me and was unable to know who I was even when I weigh about 100lbs more than my SO (who was unable to get more than weight/BMI to sync every day). Garmin support took up hours of my time and was no help except to blame issues with MFP or user settings. BMI was off from day to day. It was using a shorter height than my own to calculate my BMI. I could lose weight and it would say my BMI was higher than the day before. Took it back today after Garmin Connect lost my data for yesterday then the scale said I gained 10 lbs, then lost 20, then gained 10, then lost 5 all within the same few minutes stepping on and off the scale. I had to pick the scale up, move it around, then set it back down for it to show maybe a proper weight (.1 off from yesterdays weight). Check the Garmin support forums for the known issues before buying this scale and know that when calling them they told me several issues that I had and saw forum posts dating back to 2015 for were NOT "known issues". I do not believe this scale will ever be fixed.

Works excellent. Syncs up with my watch and fitness pal. Good looking product.

The scale is everything I thought it would be. Unfortunately pairing the scale to my Garmin account was troublesome and since has lost the link to my account. I still use it as a weight scale but am tired of reconfiguring it every time it resets.
