This watch is the best smart watch I’ve ever had. The battery lasts forever, the watch can handle whatever environment I subject it to, and the precision it records my runs and cardio sessions is unmatchable. If you’re looking for a watch to get outdoors or simply excercise, this is it.

Great watch with an incredible battery life and health tracking! No subscription necessary

We were hit hard in my area by Helene, my house and most of the houses around me were wrecked. I can't overstate the value of having a flashlight on my device, it made so much more possible when there wasn't time to grab a light. Additionally, the battery stayed charged for over a week without power, it was the one device I didn't need to worry about charging. I had the time, date, day of week, and sunrise and sunset readily available all week and this was just invaluable to me and my family. It got wet, beat up and smashed, and it never stopped going. I rarely write reviews, but i had to share this. Thank you, Garmin, for making a product that functions as designed and better.

My husband is very pleased with his new gift., even though he doesn’t like the small circle on the display because it cuts the messages. But overall, the performance and the battery life are amazing.

To say that this product exceeds my expectations would be a gross understatement. This watch has everything you could ever want plus more. With its extended battery life and solar capabilities, I don’t have to worry about constantly having to charge it. It’s my first smart watch and I absolutely love it for every day use

I bought this watch for my husband. He absolutely loves it! The fact that he hardly ever needs to charge it with it being solar powered is amazing. He uses the flashlight mode on it regularly at work and it makes things super convenient working late at night sometimes. Now I’m wanting to sell my Apple Watch and get me a garmin watch too!

Its the spring and summer so I am getting all the sun needed to have this charged unlimited. Its very easy to navigate and easy to use. Very accurate. I am coming from a Fitbit Sense and I would never go back. I backpack and play outdoor sports, this is extremely durable. Highly recommend!

Excellent build quality and unbeatable battery life. This does everything I want: displays texts, email, notifications, tracks workouts, heart rate, sleep O2, etc.

This is a well made product. It connects with the inReach sat phone and the edge bike computer so you can save your data across all 3. The battery life is outstanding. It is very pricy and you will likely need to go to YouTube to get everything working because garmins instructions are difficult to follow.

I have charged this once in two months. Rugged design with just enough extras. The flashlight is one awesome tool ! I went from a fenix 6x sapphire to this and don’t regret it . I would highly recommend.

Works good battery will charge in good sunlight lots of features

Somehow gouged the screen down the middle after a month of owning. Have to shell out $150 to replace it. Not sure how that’s possible with a raised bezel. My apple watch is almost 4 years old and the screen is in better shape…makes me question just how rugged the instinct really is? Outside of that I was loving it - incredible battery life, great health monitoring features, sleep tracking, HRV, stress, gps, notifications, you name it.
