Selling best and quality of products by best buy but the delivery service should be improve, I raised my concern it was agreed but not delivered to the address. It would be help to customer when there raised concerns accomplished.

This watch seemed to function great for what it was supposed to do, but with my bad eyesight, the contrast wasn’t enough to be able to see all of the information at any time during the day

But is it durable?

Somehow gouged the screen down the middle after a month of owning. Have to shell out $150 to replace it. Not sure how that’s possible with a raised bezel. My apple watch is almost 4 years old and the screen is in better shape…makes me question just how rugged the instinct really is? Outside of that I was loving it - incredible battery life, great health monitoring features, sleep tracking, HRV, stress, gps, notifications, you name it.
