I bought this a week ago and i love it. I very confident that i am going in the right direction since it list almost every street name that i am approaching but there was one time that it took me the long way and i only knew that because i was familiar with that area once i got there but i wanted to see if the GPS would get me there quicker. All and all i love this thing!

Great Unit. I immediately mounted it outside the store (great mounting kit), and hooked up the power and I was on my way. Very intuitive. Operation could not be simpler. Even my wife understood how to use it and technology is a chore for her. I do wish there were an expanded operating manual. The quick start is great, but I suspect there are features available I don't even know about. Overall, I love it.

If I had a complaint about this, it would simply be screen size.. but I guess for the price, you can't whine too much. The GPS is reliable and durable. I use this both in my car and my motorcycle. It handles the vibration and elements of the bike just fine. It is accurate, only missing the very newest roads. On occasion I question the routes it chooses, but not very often.

I have never used a GPS, I live in Tampa Bay Fl and am looking at home foreclosers in south Florida. This little sucker will send me out of my driveway and take me WHEREVER . This GPS WILL FIND A NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK! The audio instructions do not make me look at the GPS map and if I miss a turn it will quickly give new instructions. I have to say I am very impressed.

Great! Indicates which side of street your final destination is on. My daughter plays competitive soccer and we travel a LOT. This has been extremely helpful for those road trips. Arrival time is off a bit but that's minor when compared to the precise directions provided.

Upon my wife returning from a trip and having a rental car with their "Never Lost" plan, this opened up for us to get a GPS. So I read what everyone said about all the others. Did research and came down to this Garmin. While at the Bestbuy store, due to my fast decision and speaking to 2 other couples about the reviews, they sold 3 just with what I read. I got it out of the package, and set up was a snap! Went to try it out. Typed in by name, a national Auto parts store, found the closest one and followed the directions. I knew where to go, but it actually took me a faster way!! Then once there, we went to find by name a national frozen ice cream store, found the closest one and bam, we were there! Re calculates routes in a snap. Tells you where to turn way in advance. I cant immagine the ammount of time and tech that went into making this! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

My first automotive GPS, but a great one. Garmin is known for quaility products. This was so easy to setup, my wife was able to remove it from the box and plan a route. Great maps with lots of points of interest. It even works with my Mac.

The unit is simple to use right out of the box. Has settings to use if you are biking or walking. Doesn't come with a case and you will need one. Easy to switch to a different vehicle when needed.

I just bought This one last Week... I Came in for the 200 but the Sales Assoiate told me This was teh New version of the 200. I took it on a trip the Next day. It Worked awsome... It was fast and Accurate. 100% Great Product.

I didn't know I needed one until someone gave one to my wife and I for a gift. It's a great little machine. It really helps and I'm saving the environment by not printing out a bunch of mapquest papers I guess. I would've liked a case to be included because the screen probably scratches easily (I bought a case right away). I guess my biggest issue is when I know how to start getting somewhere and I don't know how to end up there, I go the way I know and the Garmin wants to take me a different way in the beginning that seems out of the way. That is generally rare though. Overall these are great and I don't have to get a brand new car with a pre-installed navigation system now (those add alot of $ to the vehicle price).

Bought it on a whim but it has turned out to be really helpful, accurate and fun. Shows details that I wasn't even aware were there and street names I didn't know. Helps me stay at the speed limit too.

I purchase a tom tom125 and took it back and got the garmin nuvi205. The tom was not accurate but the garmin was to the point and much easier to use. This is my first gps and money well spent!

Was ready to use out of the box. Directions are clear and concise. Verbal directions are given with plenty of time to make upcoming turns. Couldn't have expected it to work any better.

Bought the GPS for my brother for Christmas. Hes a 16 year old driver so he doesnt quite know his way around. Thought this would be a perfect gift. I bought the GPS, took it out in the parking lot, and programed all the local locations. This is my 3rd Garmin. My parents have one, My brother will have one, and I have one. Look everyone, if your thinking about buying a GPS, buy a Garmin. Their very easy to use, very helpful, and very cheap for what they do. The best thing about the Garmin GPS units is that they pay for themselves. Why drive around lost wasting gas when its 4.00 dollars a gallon? I would recommend this to anyone.

Easy set up right from box. Street alert not necessary. Screen size not an issue. Loud voice, bright screen. Everything I needed, then some. I recommend this device.

The panio black is awesome . The fearures are great.It is very responsive and the black friday price is wonderful. It did lock up on me once.

Great porttable GPS -- it's no wonder Garmin is the leader in the field. Even my wife finds it easy to use, and she hates anything techie.

This is a really nice GPS I was lost in a city and this fellow helps me a lot.

I absolutely love the interface. I knew it didn't have the speak feature, so I wont complain about that. But the one thing I hated was the accuracy of this unit. I have a GPS already and another for work. Both Garmins, but very good, but dated. So I bought this for $160. Took it out for a test drive in my own town. It will get where you need to go but lookout. This GPS had me arriving at my destination .1 to .2 to soon. Careful in big cities. An watch those on ramps. It seemed to lock up too. It would jump from .8 to .1 mile and so on. The voice prompts are nicer in this. Doesn't just tell you one time, like the older ones do. I'm taking mine back tomorrow. Would love to get the 265 if they got it. Would really like the 765 if I could afford it. But good for entry level. But I think I would advise you too pay more for a better one.

I bought this for my husband for a trip to California. When I first gave it to him he said, "waste of money, I won't use it." Now he tells everyone, "you have to get one, best money ever spent." It's kinda like the American Express commmercial - He Won't Leave Home Without It!!!
