I love this GPS. Well worth the money. The traffic updates are very handy when driving in highly populated areas. I don't drive anywhere without it!

This GPS deserved the 5 stars that I gave it. There are no cons besides having to take it off your winshield when leaving your vehicle unattended here in Chattanooga. If you don't, the chance is high that your vehicle will get broken into. And sometimes when I'm in downtown, this unit looses it's signal. Especially when I was in Toronto 2 weeks ago. Mostly because of the tall buildings. I would highly recommend this to a friend!

this is a great device, works just as advertised. it has a ton of great features and is worth every penny of the cost. comes fully loaded and works to perfection. love the product and the service i received at my local best buy property. the salesperson is the best i have ever had at any electronics store. thanks best buy.

I have owned this gps for about a year now and i have never been lost with it. it is amazing at how much it knows. I went to a friends house in the bay area and it was showing them short cuts around town and they lived there there whole life its an amazing product and i would buy it again if I ever lost/stolen

My first GPS and im loving it. Gives me exact time of my arrival which is weird. alerts me when there is an accident up ahead. Havent got any problems with it.. Gives me what i need from gas prices, traffic reports, weather, everything you need and movie theaters with the time of the movie which rocks.

I got this last week. I also have a Nuvi 350 that has been a good GPS. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed in this unit. I can't even hear it with the AC blowing, much less with the radio on. The FM transmitter to play it over the radio doesn't work. This morning the MSN traffic took about 10 minutes to come online even with a full signal through Atlanta. Hopefully Best Buy won't charge me the restocking fee because this is truily a defective GPS. It looks like my Garmin days are over. I won't buy another now.

First one I ordered would not turn on. Returned it and reordered. Second one I received would turn on, but constantly siezed when attemting to use it. Normally, I am very pleased with Best Buy - this has been a poor experience. They did, however, take both of them back. My wife has the same model - and it works great (purchased 8 months ago).

I gave this only 1 star because I went through 2 of these. I know bad can happen twice, but I didn't want to try for a third. The speakers are horrible, distorted, and there is no fix. Try the FM transmitter, but you have to either turn the volum way up to hear, plus you get all the static. For the money I originally paid, this thing was just a dud. Don't waste your time. If you do try it, do not buy any accessories until you are sure it is for you.
