This scale is very handy if you usea Garmin watch to track your activity. The scale automatically records your weight to your history. I am not convinced some of the other states it provides (muscle weight, bone weight, etc) are super accurate, but I think it is probably close. Overall, I have been very happy with this scale.

Easy to set up and immediately connected to my WiFi. I like the full body composition measures. Some reviews said this may not be that accurate but it is consistent. So once you have your baseline measurements increases in body fat, muscle mass, etc. are relevant measurements to determine your progress. Very cool and I use this along with my Garmin Forerunner watch to keep me on track with my training.

Excellent, so far very happy! Totally recommend. Almost 2 year using it, no issues. I recommend using it at same time and before eating in the morning to reduce variation.

Works great. Maybe a bit overpriced for the device, but the garmin integration is great

Its weight measurement is spot on, and I'm sure the BMI is correct too. However, likes others have mentioned, the body fat calculation seems to not be the most accurate. I've been measured at 13% and the for the first few days it was telling me I was 24%... That being said, over the past few weeks, it's been steadily going down to about 14%, so maybe it takes time to calibrate its self? And as far as the other calculations, I really have no idea, though my bone mass seems to be a bit to high as well.

I have been using this scale for a month and am impressed with how quickly it links to my phone app (Garmin) as well as its accuracy. Excellent product!

This scale is really easy to use and interactively keep track of so many variables about you. It has stayed calibrated right in line with a large medical scale I also have, which is rare in the step-on digital scale game.

Love this scale. It recognizes the user by weight, easy to set up and provides valuable information. I returned an Oxiline scale that was terrible.

Overall, this scale functions great as a scale. And by that I mean it seems consistently accurate at measuring weight and does not "stick" to any previous measurements. I've weighed myself in the morning, eaten and had drinks, then reweighed. The scale did notice the small increase. It also is pretty quick. The smart portion of this device is slow and inconsistent. You also need a Garmin Connect (free) to utilize all of this scale's output. The scale on/off is activated by touch. which is very inconsistent. Sometimes it turns on by itself, other times it won't wake up even if standing on it. When it comes time to save your weigh in to your account, you have to tap the upper portion of the device to scroll to your name. This is frustratingly inconsistent, again relying on the touch surface of the scale. Sometimes the scale won't register your tap and your weigh in will get saved to your partners account. Meaning you'll have to go delete that entry on the app and also reweigh. Not a great experience at 6:30am. The other stats are fun to look at but the device has no way of ensuring the accuracy of the information. It uses limited technology and tries to estimate. One would need something like a DEXA scan to really get that kind of info. Overall I like this scale when it works. I am invested in the Garmin ecosystem and I like that I can weigh myself, and have my stats instantly updated across my devices/account. The price is high for how poorly the touch surface works.

If monitoring and keeping track your weight is important to you, and you like the idea of monitoring more than just your weight (BMI, bone mass, fat percentage among others) then this is an excellent choice. Links up with smartphone/tablet easily and has a simple and elegant on-device interface and smart app. Garmin are one of those companies who frequently produce very well made products, and this is certainly one of them.

Like the scales. Pretty easy to sync with GARMIN Connect app. Was disappointed to discover that all the features can only be synced to one Primary User. Simple weight measurement is only data available to other users. I would only recommend this scale for a single individual.

Very easy to set up. I think the weight is accurate but all of the other metrics don't always seem to make sense. But the fact that it automatically connects to Garmin Connect is really why I got it.

Great scale - worked perfectly right out of the box. I already have a Garmin smart watch so connecting with the scale was a breeze. I love tracking the detailed info, not just weight.
