I wasn't as impressed with this scale as I was with the Withings Body+ body composition scale. They both are visually appealing and great quality, however, the body+ was less expensive and has a much better app in my opinion. The body+ also has an athlete mode, which is important for those that have more muscle.

Had the original Smart Scale for the better part of 8 years. The 2nd generation does not disappoint. Woth the updated LCD screen that is bright to the newest metrics that show on the scale and not just the Garmin Connect app. Highly recommend

It was working fine, but now it's 1yr/2 months old and it just stopped working. The reset button doesn't do anything and there is no light or Bluetooth activity on my network.

It takes a few taps to turn on and there is variance when placing the scale on a different floor. I get about 3lbs difference on my kitchen laminate than on the bathroom vinyl. weird.

Great scale. Gives you everything you need to track fitness level. Easy to set up and use. Haven't had issues with needing to replace batteries every month. Use 3-4 times per week.

I haven't yet paired it with a Garmin watch, but plan to. So far the scale functionality is top notch. I don't worry about the weight shifting wildly the same way Fitbit Aria would and this provides many more metrics than the previous scale would, also. Expensive, but a very nice scale.

This scale works great. Wi-Fi connection to Garmin Connect is great. I can use it several times a day to see how my weight fluctuates and why. And all this information is recorded automatically I'm in Garmin Connect.
