Slower than other smart scales.. Needs an update..

Never syncs properly to my watch or my Garmin app. Greatly dislike!

Does the job, pretty dope. Have to download a app and do all that type of stuff so other people who try to use it won’t get the full effect unless they have it. LBS and BMI Yeeeeeet

love having the scale sync to my garmin app and watch.

It looked very beautiful but it did not have Cardio features so I had to return it to get the WRITHING CARDIO BRAND for almost the same price or less. (Can’t remember)

Inaccurate, unable to tare weight manually. Auto tare shows 9.9lbs on scale dispite no weight on it.

This scale was fine, I just returned it because it lacked some features I needed and didn't have as high a capacity for some of my heavier clients.

Everything about the scale is great except for the body fat % calculations. Regardless of the activity level you set in your profile the algorithm or method of calculating body fat is grossly incorrect. I just had an Inbody scan done at my gym that showed me at 15% body fat. This scale has me at 24.5% body fat. I will be returning this.

Inconsistent numbers on multiple weigh-ins. Great looking scale however wasn't happy with different weigh-in numbers during testing process

Okay. You hop on the scale and get your weight. Why is it so important for this scale to be connected to the internet via WiFi? Is it so hard to recall one's weight? Why does Garmin need my name, height, weight, date of birth, etc.? This is a nice scale. It looks well-made, but I cannot justify the level of personal intrusion just to obtain my weight. There should be no reason why you cannot use the scale to weigh yourself without connecting. I will be returning this product without question.

Returned it after I found it needed a QR code scanned to work. All I wanted was to see my weight.

Doesn't turn on when I get on it, my Renpho scale is much more responsive. I have to pick it up to get it to turn on.

Its great, but some time it gets hanged so at the price of this its little bit expensive

Brand new out of the box and doesn't even work, screen just keeps flashing. My first thought was okay the batteries it comes with must just be dead. Went down and bought new batteries and put them in and same exact problem. Went straight to Google thinking I could get it working and found out there are thousands of people with the exact same issue. I chose this scale, regardless of the absolutely insane cost, because all my fitness is tracked through the Garmin Connect app so I thought it would be nice to add in a scale that would mesh seamlessly with everything else. Will be returning tomorrow and going with the Body+ from Withings. All the same metrics for literally half the price. What a shame Garmin.

Hard to connect and not so user friendly. Unable to add other user.

We owned the previous model of the Garmin index smart scale. After a couple years it stopped working, and we replaced it with the Garmin index S2 smart scale. The scale has never worked correctly. We can only connect to one of our accounts at a time. I can weigh myself four times and get four different weights. Was hoping to return it, but it only had a 15 day return window. Now I am stuck with this terrible $155 scale.

I wanted to love this scale so much, but trying to get it programmed for my husband and I never worked. We reached out to Garmin to troubleshoot and nothing worked. Worst part is Best Buy won't accept the return. They told us we have to go to Garmin. So one star for them on this review too. I don't understand how I bought from Best Buy but have to return to the manufacturer.

Does not connect to any network, tried 5 different times. Had to reset it every time. The batteries died within days and I couldn't even use the scale for it's features. Returned it.

Body fat percentage is way off compared to other qaulit scales and actual measurements.
