I'm a software engineer, this device does not work even on day 1. Just got it, spent 2 hours, returning it. DO NOT BUY, you have to try to re-install it like 50 times , Has problems with wifi and syncing. Complete garbage. Garmin connect works with WITHINGS scales also.

Bought it and returned it. This, amongst other smart scales in the market, are not accurate. I usually hover in between 7-12 percent body fat depending on season. This showed me at 22%. In regards to hydration this scale consistently showed me at 55% hydrated in the evenings, which I’m hydrated, and first thing in the morning, which I am dehydrated from lack of water for being asleep for the past 5-7 hours.

Can't get it to work. Set it aside and now can't return it. Seems to be a problem with updating the firmware, and can't get it to update. Sad. I'll take it up with Garmin support. It seems to be well made, just likely an older unit possibly...

Scale reads about 20 pounds too light. While I appreciate the flattery, I haven’t seen 117 pounds since I was about 15 years old. Garmin support said it might “take a few days to get used to my body” but I haven’t seen any improvement - and even with all the fancy features, I expect a $150 scale to weigh me properly.

This device is a very high quality device and looks very nice and works very well but it ends there you buy this because it is a smart device The app it connects to the scale is an afterthought in the app is horrible Don't buy this device if you are interested in the smart integration it is a waste of money

Great! Easy to link with my Garmin. I like how it breaks down total weight. Totally recommend!

Awesome scale, pretty accurate as far as we can tell with other measurement tools taken into account. Sometimes a little over sensitive when you first step on it. Overall an amazing tool for an active lifestyle to keep track of your progress

I got this as a gift and I actually have the same version in white that I use myself. It has been great for tracking my health and fitness goals. Its easy to use and I think it looks nice.

A solid scale. The weight tracking and app integration is really nice. I have a Garmin watch and I like the weight graph and how it integrates into Garmins other features
I don't trust the features like body fat %, water %, bone mass, muscle mass, because they vary so much that they don't seem reliable. None of those measurements (outside of water weight) should vary that much day to day, but they vary a ton!

Not Accurate for Anything Other Than Weight

As far as measuring weight, it's a good scale, but for body fat, muscel mass, not so much. I got a DEXA scan so I could calibrate the scale after a month of using it, and found th escale way off. I entered the readings from the DEXA and started over. Even though my weights I was lifting were going up in weight, at times I would loose as much a 1 pound of muscel and body fat was all over the place. the Body Water Content seems to influence the readings on both body fat and muscel mass. With my high protien low carb diet I should not see any loss of muscel mass. So, if you are looking for a weight scale, this may be for you. For anything else, keep looking
