They don't sell the charger I need which is a 4 prongs clamp. If you sell the watch you should sell the charger but they told me online and in the store they don't.

Luckily my wife is an Apple user as I am an android user and the charger in incompatible with Android chargers.

I visited Best Buys in New Orleans and rhey ordered a new cablw for me ro be picked up in Houston. Everything went perfect and I received an email to tell me the cable was in store on time to pick up

Garmin should fix it as the watch could be wet due to sweat or simply washing it with water.

Appreciate Best Buy superior delivery over Garmin.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very frustrating that Garmin can't be bothered to use USB-C charging instead of their ridiculous proprietary charge port but it is what it is. I appreciate that Best Buy offers this cable with a lower overall cost than ordering direct from Garmin and ships it significantly faster. I would rather buy Garmin OEM parts rather than risk counterfit or inferior accessories from Amazon.
