When my Garman started to act up I contacted the company. They encourage me not to invest anymore in my device due to it was getting older. Although they told me it was not charging properly and only to use a Garman power cord. So I bought this in hopes to salvage my Garman a little longer. It turned out it was a machine and not the cord that was the problem. Although, this cord did work better than my original power cord. I only gave 4 stars due to I didn’t keep it very long because I retired my machine.

When I went on vacation, I neglected to pack the rest of the GPS unit with me (mount and cables). I ran into the first Best Buy I could find since I know they carry a good selection of products for GPS units. I found this cord and a mount kit and they work great. Now I have a spare for when I travel and I don't have to worry about losing the original cord.

This was a nearly perfect match for my Garmin GPS. I had damaged my original cord, and this one was on the shelf and available. The only problem is that my GPS has the Traffic feature and this cord does not support it. That's okay. It got my GPS working and that was what mattered at the moment.

This vehicle power cable for my Garmin gps is durable and works well.

I've had and used my Garmin Nuvi GPS for many years. I've updated the map info and us it whenever traveling. Recently the car adapter cable that came with it when I bought it gave out after years of use. I was glad to find that Best Buy carried the exact adapter cable in store and gladly purchased it to hopefully give me more years of use with my Garmin Nuvi GPS.

It does what it is suppose to do so I am happy with it

I was going to get rid of my Garmin Nuvi as it would lose power and cut off on me during trips when I really needed navigation. I figured out that what was causing the problem was my original charger that became faulty. I purchased this unit and I'm happy to say that my Garmin unit is working very well! This was an easy and affordable fix! :)

Durable. Good length to reach from socket to GPS without pulling cord

This is an actual Garmin power device/charger. It works perfectly with my Drive 60. All of the functions that came with the GPS from the box work with this device. I bought it so that I could have two set-ups in two vehicles, and the only thing I have to do was move the Garmin itself to have navigation in either car.

This is a handy item when charging my GPS in the car. Works great!

I have a Garmin 50LMTHD, GPS, for travel. I was traveling to LA a few months ago; and I noticed that it was losing power. When I was back at home I charged it overnight. When I started up the next day. It indicated that it was losing power. So I went to the nearest Best Buy, to buy a power adapter for my Garmin, and it worked!

Best buy was actually the only place I could find a replacement charger for my older model of GPS it fit my Rand McNally as well as the Garmin and thankfully saved me from having to buy a new device that at a minimum is 300 bucks for the professional version

And I bought a few cheap replacements which was a waste of money.non lasted very long and last one broke night before long road trip (of course). Made quick run to Best Buy and bought original Garmin power cord and works great and more importantly, long enough, and well constructed. Should have bought this first.

Worked perfectly. Ready to use my GPS again. Back on the road.

We love the length of the cord and the easy use of it.

This is a great charger. I am able to charge my GPS.

What can I say, it does the job! It would have been nice not to have to replace the original charger...
