I bought this to eliminate the GPS being in my line of site on the dash. drove 1500 miles with it and it did not move around very much even going over rough roads!!!!

Perfect compliment to your garmin gps…easy to move wherever you want it on the dash or hide it from view when not in use.

I've had multiple and this one will actually stay in place ! The other one I purchased would turn with the car when I would turn. Great little holder. And it folds up when not using

I must admit I was skeptical when I bought this. I saved the box for two weeks thinking I would be disappointed. It stays where you place --- turns, short stops and rapid acceleration.

There is not much to say about a mounting device for the GPS unit, however the base is stable and does not slide of off the dash. So I would simple say that the unit does exactly what it was designed to do.

Works great! Stays on dash of car and does not move around. No chance of it detaching from the dash. I had suction cup models that would not stay adhered to the windshield.

We have an older version Garmin but needed a new weighted mount for our dash. This works perfectly and it was so easy to swap from our old mount.

This was the second one purchased. Was so convenient to use in my car we purchased a second one for our 2nd vehicle. Like not having the gps holder attached to the window. This stays in place on the dash.

This is the 2nd one of these I have purchased. The first one broke...the tiny screws on the bottom that attach the base to the arm fell out.

I am glad that I bought this mount. I was tired of sticking the GPS on my windsheild only to have it fall. This mount solved all those issues. I really recommend this product.

I used my mount today and the dash on my Nissan Maxima has several slopes to it. I tried the mount that have the sticky side and did not like at all. This mount has some kind of metal beads in it so there's a little weight to it and it forms to the dash without hardly shaping it at alI. I did not know but each state has different laws as to where your allowed to place a GPS in a car. So do a search for your state and it should show all states . Don't get a ticket by placing it where it should not be. Good luck.

The Garmin GPS vehicle mount is easy to use and provides a clear view of the GPS screen. It's easy to put out of sight when leaving the vehicle and reposition for use upon return.

I found the price to be a very good value. I previously purchased a different style of GPS mount and it slid all over the dash board.
