I was tired of my Garmin constantly popping of my windshield with the suction mount that came with the unit. This mount was the answer. It does not slide around at all.

I found the price to be a very good value. I previously purchased a different style of GPS mount and it slid all over the dash board.

This product hold the GPS in place as long as you have a good surface to put it on. It does not have to be level and does not slide around.

We really liked using the vehicle mount. It won't leave hard to remove marks on the windshield. It is easier to remove. It is easier to see and doesn't block your view or you using the sun visor.

I like the fact that the mount can be placed anywhere, not just on the dashboard. It fits nicely in my compartment in the middle of my dashboard and doesn't block my view out of the windshield.

Works great with my Garvin Drive 51 GPS navigator. Keeps the unit stable on the dash and doesn't slide around. It's an even better deal when on sale

Wanted something to hold Garmin 51 that didn't have to be stuck to my window. This little 'pillow' stays put and holds my Garmin where I want it.

I went back to Best Buy and purchased this dash mount. This is far better than mounting on the windshield with the suction cup mount. This holds the GPS steady and there is better visibility.

Surprisingly, this works very well, and stays put. Not rock solid. For that, use the suction cup, but otherwise doesn't move at all

This mount works great in my small car. I didn't have much room and needed to find a mount that would work with Miata. This was perfect!

When we purchased our GPS systems, the next project was to find something that would display the unit and was portable enough where we could take it out of the truck to prevent theft. Bingo!

My vehicle's dash actually has a pocket where you would put your GPS. This unit actually fits snuggly and safely within the pocket.

My husband and I purchased this item for our road trip and it did what it said it would do held the gps still and it did not fall great product my father in law even bought one

First one of these came in so handy, I got a second for a different car. Holds the GPS firmly in place, not like window mounts which eventually lose suction.

After having the GPS suction cup mount fall off numerous times, I decided to give this Dash Mount a try. Wonderful choice! GPS stays put and does not budge. Recommended.

I know the Garmin comes with a mount already, but it doesn't hold it as nice as this one does. It's so great, I don't have to worry about it falling and not staying in place!

No sticky tape, no holes have to drilled to keep the GPS stationary. Perfectly made and holds the GPS. The GPS does not slide when having to brake hard.

I use this vehicle mount for two different Garmin units. It handles either one without and problem. The base does not slide at all no mater how uneven the surface it is on.

This base works great in our RV. The GPS does not slide and is supported in the correct position for viewing. I never take it off this base. Great product.

The weighted stand seems to work pretty well, though there are now devices/apps that project maps in 3D-like fashion that would be used atop dashboard and also work well.
