This mount is great , should have done this when we purchased our gps. After a power plug adapter repair to our gps due to the cord strain from the suction cup window mount falling off the window all the time. This mount was the answer . It stays in place under all kinds of conditions. You can mount it on your dash , plus if you need to move the gps for settings etc you can just pick the thing up . Your passenger of course if your driving. I held out in the for years because of its simplicity what a mistake. Just finished 1200 mile drive thr the mountains , back roads and highway to Colorado it never moved. What are you waiting for buy it!

I have recently purchased a Garmin GPS for my traveling needs. My GPS has a suction cup attachment that wouldn’t stay attached to the windshield due to the temperature in Florida. So I was in the market for a GPS Mount that would firmly hold the gadget and wouldn’t slide off the dashboard. I am very happy to say that I have found “it.” Don’t take me wrong, I did try other products.

We got this set up for the Garmin, as the suction mount kept loosing suction and leaving that mark on the windshield, and when it would fall would create a potential for damage. We found this one and once we settled on a location for the Honda Civic, it really stays put. Very adjustable for the perfect view. It does not move at all, very stable, no vibration or shakng. We likes it.

This Garmin vehicle mount has been great. I haven't seen anything like it with other brands. It is weighted on all four sides and is flexible, allowing it to rest on any dash type. Not once has it slid or moved around on my dash. This mount was also one of the reasons I went with a Garmin unit so that I could get away from the conventional suction cup and "stick-on" mounting plate.

The mount is the best mount I've had. Its bottom is made of high quality rubber to ensure that the mount would stay still when your car is moving. Four beanbags help it grasp firmly to the surface of your dashboard. One more thing, it is very flexible. You can place it in any position on your dashboard.

I like it .. Easy to use .. Didn't move even in a ruff places or turns ..

I've gone through multiple window shield mounts, sticky dash mounts and finally found the mount that works perfect for me! The windshield mounts last 1 season of hot weather if you're lucky, the sticky dash mounts have left uncleanable spots on my dash!$#%!, but this nicely weighted bean bag type holder is perfect - no movement, no residue, easy to move - worth every penny!

I use this vehicle GPS mount with my 6" Garmin in a lot of different cars and trucks. I move vehicles from dealer to dealer, to customers homes, in state and out of state. When I set it on the dash, it does not move. It is very stable. A lot of windshields are pretty far from the driver and this dash mount places it within reach. I love it.

This is the third one of these that I have bought as I have been giving them as presents. They make your Garmin easier to give to the passenger to make changes while driving. They are portable as I take my Garmin on trips using it in Rental cars and you don’t have to worry about it sticking to the window. I really like this product!!

I was on a trip and rented a mini van. Mounting my GPS on the windshield was out of arms reach and difficult to see, display was too small. With this mount, I could bring the GPS unit to the front edge of the dash making it easier to see and operate. Upon parking the vehicle, I could simply lift the entire unit with mount and place it out of view. Great purchase.

East to use and store. Keeps the GPS steady and at a level easy to view.

I use my GArmin GPS in multiple vehicles including a motor home. The stick to the windshield standard just did not work for me and was very annoying when I had another person navigating with the GPS. With this beanbag non slip holder that all changes. I can plunk it on my dashboard and the non slip bottom keeps it there. The heft of the beanbag base stabilizes the whole unit. My navigators can easily pick it up and type in new directions and the plunk down in my line of view when required. Take ngbthe unut from vehicle to vehicle and popping it out of sight is very easy! Should have got this years ago :)

When we purchased of GPS system, we attached to our window. This was not the easiest way plus it left marks on the window. My sister had the holder that I used and I wanted one! It works great!! So happy with the purchase. Would recommend this to my friends and family.

Very easy to handle. No hassle of placing and removing. No marks. Yet it does not move when you don't intend it to.

I paired this with my Garmin RV770. For a Class A RV it is a great thing to have as it gets the GPS on the dash and near the driver. It makes the GPS much easy to see and (when safely stopped) to use. Most of the other places to mount a GPS would require a tablet sized screen to see well. The swivel is nice and I can always carry it to my other vehicle. It is still as good as new two years later, unlike my suction cup mounted devices that need to be replaced periodically. And this won't fall off the windshield at the worst time possible.

My wife had a GPS holder like this (which is now missing) and she loved it. When I bought a Garmin for my vehicle I bought the same type of holder and am delighted with it. No matter where I put it on the dash it always stays put. It's nice to buy a product that you're really happy with and this is definitely one of those.

i was surprised that with my garmin it did not slide all over my dash. I leave it attached and when not using i just pick the whole unit up and put it under the dash. A real time saver. it really works great!
