Its a good better than my apple watch when it comes to the battery. But it says it is supposed to last up to 11 days buy this one only lasts about 3 days only. Not sure if it is the battery that is damaged or just false advertising.

I love this watch. I like that’s it tracks your respiration, heart rate, 02 and best of your sleep alignment.

I was excited to receive this watch but disappointed after I started wearing it. It's difficult to navigate through all the different data and settings. I thought it would be easier to input all my weight lifting stats. There's a lot of steps to it. I don't know that I would even do it if I was at the gym. Seems like a lot of steps to put in your reps. Maybe if I keep at it it'll become easier.

love the watch! perfect for workouts and very stylish. it is a bit glitchy. i've had to reset the screen twice since i've had it.
