I chose the Garmin product based on recommendation of friend, and supported that with product reviews. One drawback appears to be poor software connection to mobile device (Android). It does have reliable connection to PC device. I appreciate the 'move alarm' features, as well as the clock.

The vivofit2 motivated me to get moving. It is comfortable and easy to use. I synchronized it with my iPhone and found the sleep analysis interesting.

This fitness tracker does it all. I particularly like how the screen is visible all the time, no pressing a button to see the main screen, and the one year battery life takes away the charging hassle.

I replaced my old fitbit with this vivofit. Like the convenience of the battery, charging not necessary. Like the hourly reminder to move and the watch.

I bought a Garmin Vivofit 2 for my daughter back in July and she loves hers. I decided to try it out for myself. So far I am happy but I have only had it for a month and I am still getting used to it and do not know how to use all the functions. The one thing that does bother me is it's accuracy is a bit off, it tracks steps when I do not take steps..ie. when I swing my arm a lot while talking, it sometimes registers steps. It also misses steps, like when I am pushing a grocery cart. Additionally it tracks nothing when I am on my stationary bike.

i bought this for my 10 year old son for his birthday. Out of the box this was easy to set up and sync with his iPad. He loves tracking his steps and distance and this serves as his watch as well.

This model provides everything that I need to keep up with sleep, calories and exercise. I also need it be waterproof, not just water resistant.

I like how it keep track of my steps, calories I have burned, and it has a stop watch on it. I also like how it tells you the time and date.

The VivioFit Band is slim and comfortable to wear. It was easy to set-up and connect with our Samsung phone. Recommend this to people looking for a discreet way to keep track of activity.

This was my first activity tracker and after reading info on several trackers, I decided Garmin was the best value and fit for me. I liked that time was always displayed (like a watch). I did have trouble connecting with the connect app initially, but apparently that was a problem with the app not the Garmin vivofit2. I have had no problems since. A fun thing is that the band can be changed so you can have color options!

I had a fitbit HR which is great except I had to continually charge it. With the Garmin, which has a watch battery, it doesn't have to be charged every few days. Better for traveling.

With so many fitness bands to choose from, the Garmin Vivifit 2 stood out as easy to use. The Bluetooth sync is a great feature. I love how it "gently reminds" me that it is time to move!

Love the garmin. Keeps me moving and it's easy to set up and use. Love that it has a watch and can view the time without pushing a button.

As far as activity trackers go, it does a fairly good job. It does alert me if it thinks I'm being lazy, so guess that's a good thing.

We bought this as a Father's Day gift, and my husband absolutely loves it. No charging, water restistant, and adjustable banner are just a few of the many perks this fitness tracker has!

Love the vivofit. I crossed over from another activity tracker but this by far supercedes my expectations. I absolutely love that I can look at it and with the touch of a button know, the time, the date, caloriess burned, steps Walked, miles walked, and steps left to my goal. All with a backlit screen. Also the red line and beep it gives you to remind you to get up and move are an added bonus. Definitely a happy customer.

Works very well and does what it is designed to do. Good entry level step tracker. Easy to set up and use. Do recommend setting up your custom stride length for more accurate tracking.

It is super easy to set-up and start using. I wear it everywhere, even in the pool during a Aqua Zumba class. Additional bands can be purchased to color coordinate with your clothing.

Tracks sleeps, steps, etc. super easy I wish that it vibrated instead of chirped and had an alarm

Got this for my boyfriend & he literally has not taken it off since he got it, he even showers with it. It works great & he keeps track of his activity, how much he sleeps, etc.
