I've tried others but I like the Vivosmart the best so far. It's very comfortable and easy to use, connect to heart rate monitor and go move.

The touch response could be better and it's a little overpriced compared to others in the price range

I like the vivosmart but the only thing I would say is a problem would be the app. They need to make the app interface more friendly to users and also make the app more interactive so that users of vivo are more motivated to actual get up and do something. Other than this, it's a great activity tracker!

Good Product. Too expensive for all plastic

The tracker is one of the best out there, specially since you are able to swim with it. However, since it is a product with new technology, the steps are not always very accurate. I believe this tracker is over priced for being new technology that is not so accurate in addition of being made completely out of plastic. The battery life is 5 to 7 days if all you do is track steps and forgo all the other features which defeats the purpose of buying this expensive device. I would recommend it because is the best of all evils, but at an unreasonable price.

I got a very good deal for this during the Black Friday sale. Its a great tracker and I also use it as a watch. I wear it all day and night because I feel comfortable wearing it. I would have given it a 5 star if the Bluetooth connection remains stable when my phone is 15 feet away from me, anyway its a very minor thing. Overall, great product!

Loved the Vivosmart, wore it daily, connected to Garmin Connect, bluetooth, etc. Just when I was getting used to (dependent on) it, the display died. When I contacted Garmin to get it covered under warranty (I had it less than a month), I was told that "yeah, we had some issues with the display on earlier units". So...why wasn't it recalled; why wasn't there a product notice; is that why it was on sale at Best Buy? Caveat emptor! We'll see how the replacement does.

I bought this activity tracker because I already had a Garmin bike computer, and wanted to track everything in the Garmin Connect app. It has performed without hiccup, and has done exactly what I hoped it would do: motivate me to get up and get moving!

While I'm happy with the product overall I have a couple gripes. the biggest is that the double tap interface to wake the display in wildly inconsistent. Fortunately, the app provides the user the ability to wake the device by raising your wrist to eye level.
The smart watch features are quite handy. Very helpful noticing when texts come in and my phone is on silent.
I'd really like it if the band would automatically turn off sleep mode once it registers a significant amount of steps.

Got it as a birthday gift and was skeptical at first. I walk around a warehouse all night supervising anywhere from 80 to 100 employees. I now wear it everyday I'm at work and actually review the mileage walked and calories burned at the week's end.

Can't delete text message and at times the band will hold old notifications and you can't delete unless you turn the band off. It will hold my e mail and Delta flight notifications forever.

Wristband & HM devices fit comfortably and work great. Not impressed with the Connect App and history it reports. Heart rate data only available when recording an activity.
I like the promts it sends. Move, Goal, phone call and others.

We wanted fitness trackers and everyone seemed to rave about Fitbit's but I had multiple patients tell me they had nothing but issues with the heart rate monitor in the wrist strap and one that had better accuracy from a basic pedometer. A coworker has the Vivosmart and lives it plus I can monitor for texts/calls from physicians and coworkers without ignoring patients. The Bluetooth feature is great and the sleep monitoring is a nice feature. The touchscreen is great as well. I would highly recommend this and have always been happy with garmin products but this is a step above anything else I've experienced

Great activity tracker. Features are great and very user friendly. Only draw back that I have seen is accuracy in running information. Always registers about a quarter of a mile more than the real distance.

My husband loves this fitness tracker, after waiting and waiting for the MS watch to come in stock for Christmas, that's the tracker he wanted. I read great reviews about the Vivi fit smart tracker. He loves it.

I've had this for 2 weeks, I have had to reconnect the blue tooth several times, Garmin tech support is good, but on the web they neglect to say anything about a glitch in the software, (now updated) it's gotten better but still frustrating, the tracking works fine but it still needs improvement in the connection/App

The VivoSmart was everything I had hoped it would be. Got it as a Father's Day gift. I have used a several Fitbit models as well as several Jawbone Up models. I was already very familiar and comfortable with the Garmin Connect ecosystem, so integrating my daily activity tracker made my experience even better. I had read that the sleep monitoring was terrible, but it honestly does enough for me. The only thing that would be better would be heart rate without the strap - however, that needs to wait until someone figures out how to make optical HR an accurate measurement.
