I like that it alerts me of calls, etc. But sometimes it's a bit much when it buzzes all the time for email alerts but I'm sure I could fix that in the settings. I'm still learning about the device and I'm not too tech savvy so I'm sure with the right instructions, I could customize it a little better. Overall, I'm happy with the product. I'm not too sure the heart rate is always accurate but that's really the only thing I've found questionable. I like the move alert feature and that it sets goals. It's fun when you're alerted that you've hit your goal!!

I used to have the Fitbit before this and the guy at the store kept pushing Fitbit even after I returned 2 because they weren't working properly. I love my Garmin and love that it calculates my pulse continuously to give me accurate calorie burn

Well...since you can't try these watches on in the store, I was left with the decision to purchase the watch, see if it fits my very small wrist, and if not return it. So...the band did not sit right and wasn't very attractive. The bottom of the face of the watch sits very high and it doesn't look right when you wear the watch. I returned it and got the Samsung Gear which I also returned due to the "manly: band and ended up with the Charge 2 HR which I like.

I absolutely love this product. I wear it at work and during clinical to track my activity, and keep it on when I go to the gym. Low maintenance, comfortable to wear, and it's easy to see all of my data on the app. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a gift for my wife. She loves this fitness tracker. Always checking her steps. Love that it monitors her sleep pattern and able to see a text message that come to her phone. Whenever she is not wearing it is because it is charging.

I wanted a waterproof step tracker with a readout on the tracker. I had a fitbit, but was frustrated with the syncing and not being waterproof. Bonus...,I can read this in the sunlit with sunglasses! Couldn't do that with the fitbit.

Traded my Fitbit back in after one week after reading a leading Consumer magazine report on the water resistance and functions performed by the Garmin. Unit has both enhanced capabilities on the unit and paired smart phone.

I had the Garmin Vivosmart without the GPS for about 10 months and it worked fine but I decided I wanted to upgrade to the GPS model. I have had it since June and it works fine except sometimes the GPS is very slow in starting up. Sometimes it takes about 10 seconds for it to be ready and sometimes it takes 30 seconds or more. I am always in the same area so the GPS signal should be the same. It is a little frustrating but generally I am happy with the unit. The GPS uses a little more battery but not too bad.

The fitness watch is okay with a clunky design. By this I mean the watch snags on to everything because of the rectangular shape. I have noticed it's really misleading when the watch notifies you that you have completed your goal of climbing steps. It will say that you have climbed 10 steps when you have only done steps on flat ground. The step counter is pretty accurate though.

I got this HR+ as an upgrade from the Vivosmart that was no longer available. I find it very easy to work with and it connects to my smart phone so I get notified of texts and emails even when the phone is on vibrate

It works as advertised. The body of the device is a bit tall/thick, but it is the best fitness device I've owned to date.
