    It's Usually Pretty Good...

I had the notifications and several screens go out on the Vivosmart HR, so I used the warranty to upgrade to this version. I've been wearing it for over a month now and I can't say enough good things about it. I'm not sure how Garmin did it, but the band is easily one of the most comfortable things I've ever worn on my wrist. I barely know it's there! Battery life lasts more than long enough in my opinion. It does what it is supposed to do. My only 'but' is something I've had to do with all three of my Garmin fitness trackers. They seem to randomly lose connectivity at sudden times. I've had to hard reset all of them and start the device over from scratch. It's disappointing, but nothing I can't live without. I still say Garmin makes the best fitness trackers on the market beyond a doubt.

Bought for my wife. It is her first GPS/activity watch. It is easy to use and set up with your phone. The band did break after 10 days but it was replaced at the store immediately. I'm guessing just a freak thing with the band.

I've used the Polar A 300 for 2 years but wanted to get away from the chest strap. This needs no strap an allows me to use it during a workout or just walking. The app is awesome and works very well with My Fitness Pal. It's lightweight and charges with their charger easily. Measures sleep and has multiple types of workouts. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased this on sale for $80 off. It was definitely worth it. It has all the usual step counting features, but also GPS and HR monitor. The former is really helpful so that you don't have to rely on the GPS in your phone to track your route and distance. Also, I like the blue color. Much better than the standard black color.

I really like this activity tracker! I had the Fitbit HR Plus before and though the two are comparable, the Vivismart HR+ has GPS and it's waterproof! Extra bonuses compared to the Fitbit. I would recommend!

This device is not overly complicated and provides just the right amount of info. It is easy to operate and the charge lasts pretty much all week. I also love the fact that it is waterproof.

Very good feature rich fitness tracker. Does a great job tracking steps & heart rate. I really like the fact that you can swim with it. It has ability to track swimming too. The display is very easy to read outside. Only complaint I have is that the display in not very bright in the dark.

I looked at many fitness devices/watches. Choose the Garmin for its' ability to submerge in water as I swim a lot. It also provides many of the features I need for monitoring daily activity. Heart rate, work out programs, alerts, weather, sports, emails, etc. from my iPhone. Great workout device.

Have only used this watch twice since it was an early Christmas gift, but it works great. I mostly wanted to know the distance when I walk or ride a bike, not the number of steps. It works for that and gives so much more information . . . Pulse, time, date, etc and of course # of steps. Also came with a free 20 minute geek squad help session to be sure I knew how to use all the features. Glad this came from Best Buy.

I use this tracker almost every day! I like how it keeps track of my sleep patterns as well as my steps. I use this for when I run and it seems to be very accurate as far as distance and pace. I can't compare it to other fitness trackers but I would definitely recommend this one!

Not only is it water proof, measures hear rate, steps, stairs, swimming. It also lets you read text messages. Added bonus it will send a tone to your misplaced phone. Better yet, my daughter lost the watch and I was able to find it in a water park no less, by using my phone.

Love that it works in water and tracks my heart rate. Wish it would track your sleep time without you giving a time frame. The display could be a little stronger at night.

The watch was purchased for my cross country runners, who learned its basic functions quickly. The heart rate and GPS were very useful in managing and documenting their workouts.

This is the newer model and for the price it does very well. All these type electronics are not 100% accurate, but they are close enough to let you know if you are close or exceed your goals. The steps seem fairly accurate. Sleep on the other hand seems to be less accurate. I have to go into the app on my phone and change when it says I went to sleep and woke up for the most part. Once set, the results seem close to what happened. Sometimes it is right on, but you always have to check. The Activity Tracker is a great feature for walking and running using the GPS feature. The GPS is accurate as I can see where I have stopped and gone maybe 20 feet off course to talk to someone and it shows. Overall this model is good for what I need. Cons to the watch is the band. I have sensitive skin and it seems to cause a rash in some places on my wrist where the band touches. I do not leave some of the features on as you will need to charge the battery more often.

I originally had the Vivoactive HR which was great also but very big for a smaller woman like myself. So I returned it for this one which is slimmer and does almost the same things. It's still on the bigger side for a fitness watch because of the HR function but wearable.

My wife had the vivoactive and really like it but it was a little too bulky for her to wear at work, so she was needing something smaller that could do what her vivoactive did in terms of a nice running/smart watch. The Vivosmart HR+ is doing the job great!

Absolutely love this product. I’m an active hiker and was looking for a watch w/ built in gps and couldn’t be happier. It’s pretty easy to use and the app works great. I did have one sync issue turned it off and on and worked just fine.
