I like that it is not too bulky in design and is very functional. It is a good reminder to stay active during the day. My wife wears a different brand so the only thing I could say that is slightly negative is that hers has more creative reminders whereas mine just simply demands Move!

It’s important to ensure that the vívosmart HR, Garmin Connect Mobile, and your tablet are all up to date. The vívosmart HR can be updated via Garmin Express (j.mp/GRMNXP), and steps on how to do so can be found here: http://bit.ly/1I21mhx. Garmin Connect Mobile can be updated through the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store, depending on which tablet you own. This is a great tracking device and it's pretty nice to have the added smart features like incoming calls, text notification (it shows you a little bit of your messages, not the whole thing) and other bluetooth features

The mobile garmin connect app is good. Love the fact that is handles swimming which means I can wear it in the shower.
