I have an apple watch 2 and have had fitbit charge. This one is pretty good for the price. Would recommend if you don't want features from the more expensive trackers.

The Garmin vivosmart had done very well so far and I've had no issues. The phone notifications is great and the HR I feel is mostly accurate. Great way to keep track of your fitness.

Overall quality is pretty good, but it's not the mOst durable. I swim (twice a month), play basketball recreationally (2-3 times a week) and I workout 5-6 time a week. The issue is the rubber clasp that you use to adjust the fit of the device. It just fell off while lifting. I wasn't pleased - I'll have to take it in to BB to see if they will replace it.

Made the JUMP from my basic Fitbit to the farming. I really am liking it. Find the activity tracking a bit confusing but will conquer that with the help of the geek squad!

This is a great watch for someone who is looking for a fitness watch that's a step above basic but no real bells and whistles! The mileage was off at times but that's normal I feel like in fitness trackers! If you are a normal weekend warrior type of workout person this is the watch for you!

Considering that it is made by Garmin, item is doing what it's supposed to do, but I think the size of it could be a little bigger.

I used it to get a base line on my health(work out, sleep) and found out what I need to improve on. Best thing about it is making you aware of your inactivity, so get up and move!

    A Twist of the Wrist

I like being notified of goals achieved as well as a quick glance to see who is calling, email notifications, weather and more. It's a bit buggy sometimes with monitoring sleep, i.e. Watching a movie sometimes is relaxing enough to register as light sleep, but you can adjust hours in the edit mode.

I gave this to my wife and she loves it. So inaccuracies when count steps going up the stairs which is why 4 stars were selected. Nevertheless, she loves the motivation.

Works as expected. Only problem I see, and goes for most wrist based trackers, is if walking and pushing something, it doesn't keep track since your arm is not moving.

I'm Not sure that it tracks as well as the old vivosmart. It is very bulky and something about the screen makes it hard to read.

Works great for those wanting to get 10,000 steps per day. Heart rate monitor is not very accurate. The stairs climbed is irrational as some days I get ten flights and I have not climbed any. Peak minutes is pretty random. Some days I do not get any peak minutes even tho I have finished 60 minutes of elipical with an average heart rate of 130. Distance seems ok. Replacement bands are available. I use the watch to count my steps and measure my distance

Thank you for taking the time to write this review! We're sorry to hear of your experience.

It is important to note that for Android-based smartphones, the model must have Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) hardware and the Android OS version must be 4.3 or higher. It is also highly recommended with any new Garmin purchase to make sure that the device software is up-to-date via Garmin Express (www.garmin.com/express).

The site/app which receives your synced data, Garmin Connect, underwent scheduled maintenance last week which may have affected your ability to pair/sync. Please note that the vívosmart HR must first be paired to your smartphone before it can sync. We ask that you please try syncing again.

Thank you again for your feedback. Please contact us via the info posted at http://www.garmin.com/us/support/ if you have any questions! -LB Garmin

I purchased this item to replace lost vivosmart 3. I found that Vivosmart 3 was easier to operate. Bluetooth connection frequently needs to be reconnected

It functions well, has a good display and plenty of features to choose from. The one thing I will say is the battery life lasts about 6 days before charging is needed.

This is great. Down the manual and bed urge to adjust your settings. We had an issue in the shower I guess running water activated music and my phone was playing. It's cool how it buzzes, encourages you and celebrates when you reach goal. Pairs very easily over wifi and Bluetooth.

For the most part I am pretty satisfied, I'm not sure if it is keeping accurate track of my heart rate it is jumping all over the place. Love the sleep tracker.
