Not good.

I expected it to be not as accurate as the chest strap but it is literally useless. It only works well when I ride a bike and my arm is stationary. If my arms are moving it is sometimes off by up to 70 beats a minute. I am tired of constantly having to adjust it during my workout to get to work. I have tried all the recommended tricks but they don't last. The other features work fine but you can just get a regular smart watch for that. I regret trying everything to get this to work right and keeping it too long to return it.
