Tracks my steps but will randomly think I'm walking stairs. Wish it used a universal charger. Will notify you of everything.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you feel this way but would like to offer some tips on how to improve the step accuracy.

The vívosmart HR comes pre-programmed with a generic step length; however, a custom step length can be set to improve accuracy. We recommend visiting the following FAQ article for instructions on how to do so:  http://bit.ly/1MUpBCp

Should you have any other questions or concerns, we'd ask that you please contact Garmin Customer Care for assistance: http://www.garmin.com/support

While the vívosmart HR is water resistant to 50 meters. The tracking was designed for natural walking movement. Walking inside the pool may not be detected the same as a natural walking. We understand your frustration. You are welcome to submit your idea to your developers at www.garmin.com/ideas Best regards. ~QKO Garmin
