Works great but it's very hard to read the screen due to the size of the screen. Syncs very easily.

I've had my Vivosmart HR for about a week and I really like it. I've used just about every fitness tracker and this is my favorite. Step tracking and sleep tracking work well and the heart rate monitoring seems accurate. It also fits well and isn't too bulky. The only area I see for improvement is in cycling. The regular Vivosmart has an optional bike sensor you can use, but it doesn't work for the HR. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

Watch did not last long. Did not keep track of steps as well as I would have liked.

We returned it in favor of the Apple Watch. We weren't happy with the app connection and support.

I bought this for my wife and I got tired of hearing about how it just turns off. So I returned it.

Difficult to attach to wire and even harder to sync. Geek squad could not connect cable

I picked the Garmin Vivosport because it has some features that the Fitbit didn't. However, it is extremely inaccurate. I would say overall regardless of the brand the wrist activity trackers are not as accurate as the clips, but the Garmin overall is more inaccurate.

My husband an I both got these for the face that they are water resistant, monitor heart rate, track sleep and connect with your phone. We've had a few issues over the year that we've had them such as the back light not lighting up, which was a simple fix, we just had to plug them into a computer and update the software. Less than a year after purchasing we noticed that my husband's heart rate sensor was cracked, we thought this was weird because it sits on his skin and is protected. I contacted Garmin and they responded telling me that it would be $178 to send him a replacement! Which was more than we even spent on it in the first place! After that we were not too fond of Garmin and its products or customer satisfaction. I don't think someone needs to pay more than the original purchase price when I personally think it was manufacture defect. As far as aesthetically, they are kind of bulky for someone with small wrist like myself and since they sit higher up off the wrist, they get bumped and dinged around. My husband and I are currently in the market for finding new activity trackers, due to the faults of the Garmin.

The numbers on the screen are too small to be seen without glasses. Very disappointed.

I made appointment with the Geek Squad to assist me with issues syncing the Garmin to my I Phone. They were no help and merely referred me to Garmin. Garmin was no help. Buying this was a waste of money and I am very disappointed with the performance.

It was a gift for my son. He returned it. Disappointed it didn’t work out.

I have dealt with Jawbone up24 and Fitbits before getting the original vivosmart. Long story short out of all of these the Jawbone has hands down the best interface, while I thought the quality of the Fitbit was the highest, but with the original vivosmart having the best capabilities. Not going to lie the original Vivosmart I had tons of issues, in 2 months I had to warranty it 3 times. I was super hesitant about the HR version, but I had hoped that the idiosyncrasies would be fixed and they have been so far (have had it about 3 weeks). The battery life is right around 4-5 days with everything connected, the always on display is super handy, the HR function seems reasonably accurate for wrist based. If I was THAT concerned about serious cardio and training I would go to a chest strap because they are more accurate. The touchscreen is more responsive than the original Vivosmart and the fact that it has a physical button is so nice because then you can actually turn it off to reset. . The way I look at it the activity trackers all have compromises and this one was the best

It is a good startup activity watch. Doesn't light up tho. I actually returned this

I returned this after 2 weeks. Didn't track my sleep correctly.

Will not keep a charge. And I bought the extended warranty and they will not refund my money cause it had been more that 15 days. I'm stuck with something I can't even use. I'm debating on never shopping at Best Buy again.

Battery dies quickly. Very bulky, not comfortable to wear.

I bought my Vivosmart HR on its launch day to replace my moto 360 (battery life is the main reason. I also want an always-on screen) and here is my experience: - Receive notifications from my phone perfectly - Gmail, Whatsapp, SMS, Phone call, etc. - Unlike some of the feedback here, I find the HRM and the Sleep Monitor very accurate. For the Sleep Monitor, it starts and ends automatically so I don't need to switch the band into Sleep Mode before I sleep (like my previous Sony Smartband). - And for HRM, one thing Garmin should improve is the Intensity Minutes. It would not trigger automatically. I need to switch it to Run mode (i.e. Timer) on my band. Otherwise even though my heartbeat is in Zone 2/3 for an hour of cycling, my intensity minute would still be 0. It works well if I switch it to Run mode.

the garmin kept resetting itself in the middle of the day.

Some how I don't like it and returned this product.
