Customers are saying

Customers recognize the vívofit 2 Activity Tracker's exceptional battery life and ease of use as significant advantages. Many appreciate its water resistance and sleep tracking capabilities, while some find the syncing process challenging and express a desire for a heart rate monitor. The device's size and clasp have also received mixed feedback. Overall, the positive aspects of battery life and ease of use appear to outweigh the concerns regarding syncing and the lack of a heart rate monitor for many users.

I bought this activity tracker for my daughter for Christmas. I had originally bought her the vivo fit jr. but the band was too small for her and the age range only went to nine. I'm not sure if it's the same price, I bought it for around $60. It was a good alternative.

It is hard to get an accurate reading on steps. I get steps riding in the car. It is going to take some time to figure out a place I can wear it to get accurate step count. Love that is sync with my Fitness Pal.

We appreciate your review. Certain activities and movements can cause the vívofit 2 to record extra steps as the vívofit 2 detects steps based on a natural walking movement. For information on steps over-recording, we recommend reviewing the following FAQ: http://bit.ly/1zqMxkG

The basic. Tracking works well but very difficult how to figure out how to properly sync. You have to also have My Fitness Pal app to track calories. Hard to sync Map My Run which is also an Under Armour product.

It looks good and sleek, fits well. The clasp is difficult to use, especially to undo. It works well as a watch but the other functions are finicky to access. The sleep record function is not very helpful.

I really like the Garmin vivofit 2. I like the fact that it has a watch included. I didn't want something on my wrist that only counted steps. The app for the Vivofit 2 is fairly easy to get used to. As you can tell I like plain and simple without complexity.

I like the product; but having problems syncing it with the computer... It worked at first then it didn't. I called Garmin and they helped get it going again; but now it's not working after about a week.

The tracker fell out of the bracelet

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He wore it for a few days and then we noticed that the tracker has fallen out of the rubber bracelet. The tracker is not secured very well because the sides of the bracelet are very flimsy. I took it back to Best Buy hoping they would exchange it they said they could not because it was not all there. They told me to contact Garmin because they felt sure they would send me another one. They said no they couldn't do that because it wasn't all there but they would sell me one at a discount price. I was mostly disappointed in Best Buy because I buy almost everything I can there. They usually do whatever they can for customer service but in this case they failed.

I bought this product because of its sleek watch look and because it is a great device which tends to keep me on track with my step goals. It buzzes me and has an indicator if I've been idle too long and love the fact that it also tracks calories burned. There is also a mobile and computer app that is very useful too.
