Customers are saying

Customers value the vívofit Fitness Band's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate step and sleep tracking capabilities. Many appreciate its water resistance and the affordable price point. However, some users mention challenges with automatic syncing and the lack of a heart rate monitor. A few also noted that the device's size may not be suitable for all users.

I purchased this for a 13 year old. She likes it, also we can see how lazy she can be during the summer, but we have not told her that part. It fits fine on her small wrist and I think does a good job of tracking her steps. This is a pretty simple device, and will sync to the phone app when you ask it to. It does lack some of the fancy features of the higher priced units, but come at a great simple price, value, ease of use. It seems to be pretty durable and she has not had any issues.

Bought three of these for a friend and his two grown boys - they are easy to set up and easy to begin using. Display is very readable even while running or walking.

I gave the fitness band to a friend who is not very tech oriented and she has been able to operate the Garmin fitness band without any problems. It is also easy to read and you do not have to download it to the computer to see what your level is and how many steps you have to complete. The only downside is it appears to count backwards so the number you see is the number you have yet to accomplish.

The first one I purchased would not sync. I ordered it online. Took it back and got another one. Have had it a little over a month and it works just as described.

I replaced my fitbit with the Vivofit, wore both for a couple of weeks to compare the tracking, spot on! Took a bit to get used to wearing it 24x7 but have finally grown accustomed. I have very small wrists so was quite pleased with the fit of the Small size. I have purchased 3 extra wrist bands in various colors and now have more options.

Fantastic with a couple minor flaws

I have loved my vivofit to date, it has worked up to my expectations, is comfortable to ware, and has a good accuracy. There are 2 minor flaws though, one is that the clasp sometimes comes undone. Garmin now offers a free vivo keeper that will hold in in place so when mine comes in that will go away. The small issue I have is that it sometimes does not sync, it does the majority of the time but occasionally it does not and I have to sync it again. It has always worked the second time and it may be my phone and not the vivofit.

I love this tracker. I wear it everywhere even in the pool for water aerobics. Full information on the display is very handy. Happy I don't have to charge every couple days.

Very happy with my Vivofit. Keeps me moving. I wish you could stop and start it per activity so you would know how many calories were burned for each thing.

This activity tracker is great because it is waterproof, uses a coin battery, and is comfortable to wear. It motivates one to get up and move, thus getting more exercise.

I got this for my wife over the firbit because it has a display and you don't have to look at a smartphone to see how you're doing. Also, although you have to replace the battery instead of recharging it, you only have to do it once a year. Woeks great, I recommend.

Easy to set up and works great and it is about half the price of other similar ones. Screen is larger and easier to see and read than its competition.

I have enjoyed this, made improvements with my health but the reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is lack of syncing to My Fitness Pal. It synced beautifully for a week, but then after that it doesn't 'talk' to MFP. Have contacted Garmin as well as MFP. They know of the issue, has been ongoing for months, but no one wants to fix it. Other than that, I'm enjoying it.

As I knew from other reviews, it does not have a backlight, which would be useful. I had some problems synchig but seem to have worked through that. I have not yet figured out exactly how the activities work, but I like it and it does make me more aware of my activity level (or lack of)

I bought this for my husband. He loves it. It helps him track his steps throughout the day. It is also easy to sink with MyFitness Pal which also records calorie intake. He can track his progress with his phone or laptop.

I haven't had to take my band off once since I purchased it. The only thing I dislike about the product is that it doesn't light up, so in the dark you can't see the numbers.. Other than that I do enjoy my Vivofit
