I am pretty sure that I would love the sleep information as well except that the Garmin will not sync to an Iphone 4 and I cannot get it to sync to my computer efficiently either. So, as long as I am happy with just wearing it and not syncing it; life is great.

Keeping track of sleeping patterns is a plus! The ability to sync to my iPad is also plus as I work to increase my steps per day!

They both do the same thing with the exception of LCD vs LED (Fitbit) and rechargeable battery on the Fitbit. Through the App I can monitor my activity progress over multiple weeks as well as throughout the day. When I rest too long, it tells me. I am very happy with this device and it helps me to get the amount of exercise I specify.

While not a serious fitness person, I do sync this almost daily. Love to look at my sleep pattern,once I found it. Keep waiting for the device to tell me, to up my goal, as I set it a bit low for the start.
