Non existent service Obsolete Samsung parts-avoid
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apparently there are no repair people in our area for Samsung. Had to hire my own diagnostic and turns out Samsung replacement part is no longer being made, yet Best Buy and Samsung are still selling the same dryer with obsolete parts. I recommend staying away from Samsung since their appliances cannot be repaired and Best Buy can’t find technicians to even diagnose Samsung. Samsung has lost any future business from me.
