Abraham and Miguel could not have nicer - not to mention they operated as a perfect team - I hope they can be recognized for their professionalism.

This was a terrible experience trying to get a stackable washer and dryer. Best Buy had two delivered to my house open box. The first one worked for one week they had the service guy come to look and he indicated it needed to be returned. The second opened box was delivered and when I purchased it in the store it had minor scratches when it was delivered it had huge dents on the side and had to be returned. I received a call from customer service indicating I would receive one out of the box but they only sent service people with the materials to install the unit but no unit. I told them to not leave it without a machine, Someone from customer service called me later but I was in a meeting at work and they said they would call me back but no one ever called back. I notice the unit is taken off my credit card without anyone calling me back. I took off of work to have the units delivered and I have ended up not having a unit to wash or dry my clothes. This is terrible customer service for a loyal customer to your company. I still need a unit!!!!

The guys who came To install were careful gave directions and tested product before they left. Could not ask for more. Very friendly

Haven't had problems. Washer dryer works great for one person doing about two weeks worth of laundry. Not a lot of bells and whistles but gets the job done for the price point.

The service is priced right and the crew makes it seemless. They do force you to buy equipment even if you dint need it.

Best washer and dryer around.. The technician did good Hooking this up and took the old washer and dryer away!!!

It wasn't the contractor's fault, but Best Buy policies. This led to a boatload of subsequent issues and almost 3 hours on phone calls only to be told information that they ultimately didn't do. The policy is one thing, the communication, poor accountability and zero interest in caring for a long-term customer leads me to shop elsewhere in the future (including 2 dishwashers bought and installed by competitors last week).

I wouldnt purchase an appliance from Best Buy again. The installers were very nice but didn’t remove the shipping rod from the washing machine, they didn’t hook up the drain hose! I didnt receive the dryer vent that I paid for. Forced to purchase new washer hoses that they just left and utility room floor. The Dryer has a huge dent in the top! Tried to Contact Best Buy to report it. So far still no response from them. The washer & Dryer work fine used them for about six weeks now.

Dispatch team was rude, looks like the installer are super lazy. I got a missed call and i called them back after 3 minutes and they said they went home for the day and they refused to come back. Dispatcher was super rude and i had really bad experience.

The service guys did an excellent job installing my new Laundry Center unit at my salon. Thank you!

Service came on time and so far my laundry unit is working flawlessly, no leaks or problems.

To get my old washer and dryer out, the stove had to be moved. The dude demanded another $100. felt worse than having my lunch money taken from me

Oscar and his assistant were great. Helpful, attentive, careful, respectful of the space and efficient in finding solutions as they removed the old unit and prepped for the new. They couldn't install because the gas valve had to be changed. Had to reschedule installation of new unit. Different team came.
