Poor product delivered twice but was set up although installation was paid . The first one was installed however didn’t work. Returned item and second one was delivered and crew refused to install it . Extremely poor service including installation crew and product . I returned and purchased another one from Lowe’s

I have used Best Buy for TV installs and I was very satisfied but for washer dryer it has been an absolute nightmare. They damaged my counter in the laundry room and wall during install. They came to replace the counter and damaged my railings and multiple areas of my walls in the laundry room while doing it. DO NOT USE THEM!

The delivery lead person was very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t greet me or introduce himself. He didn’t know he was supposed to take the old unit. He wasn’t prepared to install the new unit and left in the middle of the hallway,

Delivery guys left a 12 foot streak on my wall and a 2 1/2 streak on my front door. Machine was not level because on the cups on the legs which absorb shocks was broken off in delivery. Had to have a second team out to align machine and restore the cup. I was told I would have to talk to another agency about the damage. I got a message from the damage people that told me I would hear from someone in 3-5 days. It has been about a week and a half and I have heard nothing. The alignment team did a great job. The delivery team at least got the machine up my steps and connected but they left considerable damage. The damage team was a total failure.

It took almost 3 months to order, have delivered and installed a washer and dryer. There is a complete lack of customer service and proficient product device. I have serious concerns about the ability of big box stores to perform and unfortunately there are some items that aren't available elsewhere. Huge issue is the fact they sub contract the delivery and install team. Their unprofessionalism in suggesting a product and then supporting the delivery and install fails very short of acceptable.

The drivers were late with delivery and my washer was hooked up to only use hot water even when the washer was programmed to cold water. Had to fix installation myself.
