They pulled out my old range and installed my new one. Did a good job but it could've been better if they didn't seem to be in such a hurry.

The installation was flawless, I'll highly recommend!

Installation crew were great, however I had a smaller gas fitting from an existing Best Buy installed range so the parts I purchased did not work. The team purchased an adapter but it was the wrong size so they had to reuse my old gas connection line, which I guess is fine. Now wondering if I will have any loss of performance with the smaller diameter line. So far it does not appear to be the case.

Very fast and easy installation.Workers made sure that everything worked properly and if there was any problems to make to sure to let them know.

Steve did an excellent job and made the project a very pleasant experience. He was indeed knowledgeable and capable but also very congenial. Due to his expertise the project was completed very quickly.

They had to be very pliable (gymnastics) to get to outlet. Shor cord-no options except extension cord and electrician. Can't push agaisnt the wall because of the added gas line.

Arrived on time. Quick professional installation. Cleaned up all the mess. Gave a good explanation of all features of the range and how best to use it.

THOZ GUYS are awesome! Arrived earlier than scheduled and were very efficient. Removed old stve and installed new one in great time. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They tested the stove and left instructions should we smell the odor of gas

The insulars were amazing but the process was a nightmare. 1. was initially stove could not installed the stove do to cabinet 2. the came back to install the stove never had it but took my personal stove out with out 1st checking the truck, Was offered a $200 gift card for food . Same time could not locate my stove I purchased 3. When best buy was going to bring back the stove I purchased the installers stated the stove was to damaged to put in. Still was promised the $200 4 when the stove as finally installed and had to be replaced. Was told that I was not getting the $200 for food but a $50.00 best gift card because best but had to give a higher priced stove.

The install was fine after I was told my stove gas line didn't have a shut off and was charged $450 to install one. It works fine but I should have been told about the extra charge and how much it would cost.

The range is beautiful and works awesome! It gives an instant upgrade to any kitchen. The delivery team for Best Buy was efficient and courteous and took their time setting up the appliance for us! We love it!

A family team of 3 came in and installed my dishwasher. They did a great job and left the space clean.
