the technician is sloppy, he installed gas kit and it was too long he just pushed the gas range half way and left it there. Old Gas range was lined up against the wall but the new gas range had 6 inches space in between which made the dish washer door unable to open all the way.

Incomplete , I had to finish it the way I knew The air was blowing inside the cabinet

The installers scratched the hood vent, charged $175. And did not inform us they scratched the hood vent badly. Dishonest

poor install, stove installed below counter top level leading to counter burns. the burner on the stove burns my counter due to being improperly installed.

I was very pleased with the team that delivered and installed my stove. They called ahead and explained that they were licensed plumbers and needed to pull a permit, how much it would cost and that they would need pay,ent when they arrived. Best Buy never included this information during the sale of the product. They really should include this information, especially if they are going to used licensed professionals. However, I appreciate the fact that they are licensed, especially since we are talking hooking up a gas appliance to my home. So, I had no problem paying for the permit, which they did leave with me after the installation of the stove for my records. The installation was perfect. They took the time to examined the area where the stove was going, the layout of the existing gas lines and made sure that everything was up to code. They even called their supervisor, a Master Plumber to verify something that they were concerned about being up to code. They were efficient with the install, made sure that the stove was level, and walked us through the new features. They started the stove of its first use/burn off cycle and made sure that we were comfortable before they left. One of the greatest experiences that I have had on a delivery/install. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!

The delivery and installation crew was super professional. The arrived in the window of time that was given and even called me when they were 20 minutes away. They did the whole process in a short amount of time including removing and hauling off our old range. They delivered and unpacked the new range and put everything together correctly and even had levels to make sure that the range sit the perfect heighth and was perfectly level. Connected the new gas line and and plugged in the electric too. Then they made sure that all the burners and oven were operating properly. Removed and cleaned up all the packing debris. To be honest i just don’t know how it could have been done any bettter. Thank you!!

When upgrading to our new gas oven, the experience was made seamless thanks to the technician who handled the installation. The installer arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to work. They clearly knew their stuff — navigated tight spaces and tricky connections without hesitation. Explained each step and made sure the installation was compliant with local safety codes.

Daniel and Miguel were awesome. Came in got everything done and installed within 45 minutes and hauled away my old oven. Showed me all the workings and controls and warned me of the smell for the first 30-45 minute run of the oven. I am very happy with the install. Thank you both again.

Quick installation and the installer made sure the oven was working perfectly and went through all the features with us. And he wore his mask correctly while in our home.

Great stove for the price easy to clean heats evenly looks sleek and nice Never had a gas stove before and this one is above and beyond my expectations oven bakes well as it should I would recommend this style of stove to anyone

I am Absolutely in Love with my new GE gas range. Everything about it is above my expectations. Installation went quickly and easily. My installers were very informative about my range and answered all of my questions.

We had some issues with our gas range fitting in the area. I was totally stressed out. The installer was fabulous at helping us to figure out what we needed to do...which was call back our countertop installer and have him make adjustments for his incorrect measuring. After that, the installer came back and the range fit perfectly.I love how it looks and I love my GE range.

The installers did a great job installing our new range. They ensured that our range was level in all directions, that all 5 burners worked, and were very professional and courteous. They came within the delivery window.

I have never had a gas range of this caliber. Some of the pluses of this range are: It has dual convection ovens that cook food fast and evenly. You are able to cook two different dishes at different temperatures. It has five burners including the grill. It comes with a wok removable grate for a wok type skillet. Each burner has a unique function. One burner heats so fasts, it is unreal. The back two burners have a automatic simmer mechanism built into the control knob. This is great because, no longer do you have to fuss with trying to lower the flame to the exact spot where your food simmers. This simmer feature is awesome. This range is very easy to clean and the two ovens are self cleaning. Samsung has come up with this dynamic black stainless steel color, which is beautiful. By the way for some added features, the control knobs are on the front of he range and you don't have to reach over hot pot when cooking. The control knobs also light up. The different banking modes are easy to program into the range, such as single mode and delayed baking. This range also has a Samsung app that allows you to setup delayed baking on your android or Apple phone, to be turned on later, at your leisure. This is a remarkable Slide-in gas range. Samsung has it going on.

Installers were awesome! Knew product and explained everything to me about it while it was installed. Even gave me a chance to clean behind and floor while they took out old one.

The install went very quick . All my questions were answered as well as a brief review of the oven. Even having a shut off valve installed to meet code. All boxing, and wrapping was removed.
