Best Buy uses Mr SOS Install in NYC. The 2 gentlemen were great. Showed up an hour earlier than the delivery window but called first to make sure it was okay. They removed my old range, unpacked my new one, and had it set up and installed in 20 minutes. The installers showed me that the stove was level, tested all the burners and the oven and then checked to see if I had any questions, Very happy with the service

Best install ever. The installers were extremely courageous, careful, and fast. They set up my gas range and helped me set up the Samsung Smart Things app. Definitely recommend Best Buy

Roger, our installer, called 20 minutes before the appointed time. He showed up ready to remove the old Range and install the new one. It took less than 45 minutes. The install was done by a true professional who made it his job to see that I was happy with my new Range. He walked me through the operation of my new Range and he asked me if I had any questions. He was efficient and orderly in the install and I appreciate his dedication and hard work. Thank you Roger!

The install of my range was fast and efficient. My technicians were great! I believe their names were Morgan and Bill. I was very happy with their knowledge of the installation.

I cannot recommend enough the two guys who showed up to install our washer/dryer, stove and dishwasher! The two of them knew exactly what the other was thinking and finished the entire job in less than an hour and a half. Heck... at one point they were even finishing each other's sentences! It was like watching a highly choreographed dance. Best installers I've ever seen!

The delivery and installation (1st Trip) resulted in a gas leak. I had to shut off the valve for few days while waiting for a technician to come look at it. The 2nd trip - the technician found that the 1st installer didn't tighten the gas connector cord fully at the range side. The issue was fixed in a couple of minutes and since then there is no smell of gas. Other than the 1st technician not doing his job fully in connecting the gas connector, the delivery and installation was fine. I just wish technicians working on gas lines take extra effort to make sure there is absolutely no gas leak due to loose connections. The 2nd tech gets 5 stars while the 1st gets a 3. Would still recommend Best Buy's installation.

The install team was great, quick, and left no trace of the visit except an awesome range. Love the oven and looks perfect in my kitchen.

Installer was great. He called the night before and texted when he was on the way. Fast install and I have had no issues. Stove is working great!

The Gas Range Installation was done quickly and professionally.

We were very happy to have Best buy coordinate the delivery and installation of our new gas stove. They arrived on time for the delivery and the installation was accomplished in less than an hour. The installer then took the time to check that everything was in working order as well as giving us a short lesson on how it worked. Very nice job!

Extremely poor communication throughout the purchase and delivery. Has been previously reported. As per delivery, we had originally purchased the microwave only on December 30th with delivery and installation scheduled January 7th. The following day after purchase your delivery date was moved to January 25th. We drove back up to Sarasota to the store as we could not communicate directly with store on the phone to find out why they moved the date out over 2 1/2 weeks the day after purchase. Was told they were out of stock and would not get delivery on product until January 22. While at the store we decided to order a new range as we were waiting so long for the microwave. Was told then we could get delivery on 1/17 for both. I asked why they could now get the microwave earlier and they couldn’t explain but assured me we would have deliver and install on 1/17. So we ordered both. As it turned out we were notified the morning of the 17th our janyce, do you remember did we have a noon to 5 o’clock delivery that on that was at 4 to 7. As it turned out the truck didn’t arrive till after 8 that evening. They installed both but couldn’t get the new stove closer than about 4 inches from the wall and stuck out 4inches beyond the cabinets . The old stove had an indentation in the back but the new stove did not. Ask if he could move the gas line further into the wall. He said that only the gas company could do that as he was only a plumber, not a gas company employee. By that time it was after 9 pm. The next day I called the gas company and they said it was a plumbing job as they did no work inside the gas meter. I called a plumber and he ended up coming out. It took him about 20 minutes to move line inside the wall and charged me $300. As a long time BB member I was extremely disappointed with the service, especially having just paid my annual dues. Expressed my concern to BB but it obviously fell on deaf ears.

I love my new stove but the broiler on the bottom is a bit difficult to use. I am liking the middle burner alot

The guys did a good job and also gave me some information about it.

They did the installation quickly and competently, advising us of extra requirements imposed by the city, such as a special permit and backsplash panels. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I think we should have been advised of these items before the date of installation. The permit was an extra $80.

I had Best Buy come to install my new gas stove that was purchased from them. The associates that came to do the installation were quick and very professional. I also liked that they cleaned up and took all of the packaging and trash with them. Great job!
