Arrived on time. Quick professional installation. Cleaned up all the mess. Gave a good explanation of all features of the range and how best to use it.

The geek squad who came and installed our new range were amazing! They did such a wonderful job of installing and showing us how to work it. We couldn't be happier!

The insulars were amazing but the process was a nightmare. 1. was initially stove could not installed the stove do to cabinet 2. the came back to install the stove never had it but took my personal stove out with out 1st checking the truck, Was offered a $200 gift card for food . Same time could not locate my stove I purchased 3. When best buy was going to bring back the stove I purchased the installers stated the stove was to damaged to put in. Still was promised the $200 4 when the stove as finally installed and had to be replaced. Was told that I was not getting the $200 for food but a $50.00 best gift card because best but had to give a higher priced stove.

They were professional, knew what to do , was quick 123 and done . Explained what to do and what not to do. Ur team was awesome thank u

The range is beautiful and works awesome! It gives an instant upgrade to any kitchen. The delivery team for Best Buy was efficient and courteous and took their time setting up the appliance for us! We love it!

We felt very frustrated with the installation of the Range. First off, when we ordered the appliances the sales consultant did not ask if we had LP or Natural Gas. Truthfully, we didn’t think of it either at the time. When the installers showed up to deliver and install the Microwave, Dishwasher and Range, the guy said they would have to come back for the Range install because it wasn’t noted they had to do the conversion from Natural Gas to LP. He also mentioned that it would take 4 hours at least to do the conversion The guy also said we would have to order the hardware to do the conversion. He said we would have to call and order it. When we called the agent on the phone said, “No, we have to go back to the store and purchase it separately there. We went back to the Bloomington store which is at least a 40 minute drive one way. They told us, “No the parts are included with the Range.” Sure enough, the installers show back up a week later, and find the parts right away, and had it installed in less than an hour. We where completely lied to by the installer because they didn’t feel like completing the job day 1. Instead we had to wait another week. I am completely good with never doing business with Best Buy and Geek Squad again. In my line of work, if I lied to my customers the way we got deceived, I would not have a job. Poor, poor customer service.

The team that did the installation was very courteous and efficient. They had everything done within an hour.

A family team of 3 came in and installed my dishwasher. They did a great job and left the space clean.

This stove is perfect. Has lots of nice features and is a great addition to our kitchen. The thing I love about Samsung is the durability and dependability...this is a well worth investment for your kitchen.

Technicians were excellent. The removed my old stove and installed the new one very quickly. When they were hauling the old one out of the house they gave me time to clean were the old stove had been.

The install was fine after I was told my stove gas line didn't have a shut off and was charged $450 to install one. It works fine but I should have been told about the extra charge and how much it would cost.

They had to be very pliable (gymnastics) to get to outlet. Shor cord-no options except extension cord and electrician. Can't push agaisnt the wall because of the added gas line.

Shout out to the folks who installed my new range on Christmas Eve! Imagine my dismay when my oven died the Saturday before Christmas—I was amazed (and delighted) that I was able to schedule a delivery and installation before the big day. The guys Best Buy sent were efficient, professional, and courteous on a day when they probably would rather have been at home with family. They were very neat and took the time to explain how everything worked to my husband. Definitely 5 stars and would happily have them in my home again to install another appliance.

Guys knew what they were doing. Install took a max of 15-20 minutes. Professionally done. Made sure we understood the product.

The people who delivered the stove were very professional and very fast service.
