Technicians were excellent. The removed my old stove and installed the new one very quickly. When they were hauling the old one out of the house they gave me time to clean were the old stove had been.

Shout out to the folks who installed my new range on Christmas Eve! Imagine my dismay when my oven died the Saturday before Christmas—I was amazed (and delighted) that I was able to schedule a delivery and installation before the big day. The guys Best Buy sent were efficient, professional, and courteous on a day when they probably would rather have been at home with family. They were very neat and took the time to explain how everything worked to my husband. Definitely 5 stars and would happily have them in my home again to install another appliance.

Since we did not have gas line we unaware to have done before actual work contractors showed up we had to wait and hire someone else after my husband ran over 60 ft of gas line in crawl space under home! So this review not applicable on this product but service men did great job on all other appliances! They 3rd party out of area from the Cities so ....I did a service review b4 this today!

It's a good stove. I like having two ovens and the fast boil works great. I like the inside look, outside is kinda plain.

Very happy with new oven/range. Oven only takes less than 6 minutes to reach cooking temp. Love the fast boil and delicate sauce settings on burners.
