The company doing the install was great. Tiffany contacted us multiple times keeping us informed about date & time of arrival. They arrived right on time. They carefully removed the old stove & then unboxed the new gas range. We looked the range over 4 any damage. Once they went 2 hook up the range, we discovered that the older hook up fittings were not right 4 this stove. They told exactly what valves we needed 2 get & then we could reschedule the completion/ hook up ASAP. Once again, this company did an excellent job of not only keeping us fully informed re: date & arrival time. They did a fabulous job! Left our house clean of all debris & Range working perfectly!!

Contractor was on time, well equipped, and careful. He got the range installed quickly and well, even having to deliver it up my rather steep driveway. No complaints at all. I've had good luck with a few Best Buy installations within that past year and have nothing but good things to say.

Gas Range Install , These guys were awesome! Very profesional and ontime. Delivered to my house wich wasnt even accessible due to ice n snow. They even cleaned up after they were done. 10 out of 10 service!!

Excellent , this installer replaced our range, dishwasher and microwave. He had to do some adjustments to the dishwasher opening to make certain it was even and fit properly. Did all 3 installations with ease and perfection, and less then half the time I was told, by the store, that it would take. He also explained everything to us. Great job!!

Great job. Plenty of notice when would be arriving. Unloaded, removed old appliances, installed new appliances, hauled off old ones. All done quickly and professionally.

This range is stylish and works great except for the knobs turning too easily. Just by leaning on the knob panel I've noticed that they have accidently turned on. Glad I noticed before there was gas leaking into the kitchen. Hope this doesn't happen to often.

In love with this oven! Bakes evenly and quickly, the timer is so cute when it goes off. Making pasta is an amazing experience, different burners for different things. Every meal I made this far came out awesome compared to what I had. Love the black stainless steal look and fits snug in my kitchen. In love!

The men that installed our new stove were well informed and educated for this installation. They were lead by Jaime who also delivered the first damaged stove upon which he immediately contacted Best Buy. The second deliverer, Mark, was just as well informed when he delivered the second damaged stove. He, too, was quick to contact Best Buy. So RELIEVED when Jaime delivered this LAST stove. He remembered us and carefully inspected this third one to assure that we were satisfied. AND, we were! I definitely blame Best Buy's negligence by not assuring that a new product arrive at a customer's residence in NEW condition. It took from Nov. 29 until Jan. 3rd to end this transaction. Will I purchase again from this store, that's to be determined!

Guys were great! Very efficient, on time and knowledgeable

I had an old electric stove being replaced with a new Samsung gas oven and had to remove the existing 220v power connection first. I capped the old power lines with large wire nuts and closed up the Gem box. I also had my plumber come earlier that week and run the black pipe and valve for the gas. The new oven came with a basic 110v plug for control power and the dimensions were slightly larger than the old stove so I had to get out the Sawzall and cut the formica laminated top back myself. They are only allotted an hour to install and test but they don't do serious carpentry. Once ready, it only took the gas-certified installer about ten minutes to connect and test the new oven. With the proper prep the job will go smoothly.

The guys who did the install arrived on time, and both removed the old stove and installed the new one, flawlessly.
