The professional installation of my new amazing range was done with ease and the utmost competence. Everything explained to me in detail and demonstration of use also provided. They even set the clock on the range and showed me how to set the initial 30 minute bake cycle to break it in. The guys were very well informed and professional. 5 Gold Stars! Well done!

It is going to take me awhile to understand all this range can do for me, but I am very happy with its performance so far. I especially like the grill. Very even heating.

Excellent work done by installation specialists. Having gas connection done in the home was a concern for us and we wanted to ensure it was done by a certified professional. Two men arrived, were very courteous, knowledgeable and completed the job in no time. They checked and rechecked the connection and gave us instruction to run the system and work in the new elements with heat over the first couple of running the new oven.

So easy to clean . Burners are great,different sizes for different size pots or pans,so we'll build very sturdy and looks amazing! I'm enjoying every moment!

Installer was cautious to ensure nothing was damaged while rolling the new stove into place and rolling the old stove out of my home. It was obvious these two guys knew what they were doing. After making the electrical and gas connections, they tested for leaks (gas) and tested the stove to make sure all eyes worked and the oven gas elements worked as well.

Why confused on who should handle the install? The product itself was great! However, getting to the correct store to install our gas stove was a nightmare. We live in southern Suffolk and it was very clear to us that this was a pain for us, initially. BUT, the stores worked it out and the installer was phenomenal. We really did not want to miss out on this great buy, so thanks for working it out.

The two person licensed professional team was very competent. The range was carefully unpacked and carried into the kitchen. They explained what was to be done and about how long it was going to take. They demonstrated how the stove works and to turn the oven on for about 10 minutes to burn away the newness smell. I would like to used this team when I purchase another appliance.

The installers did the best they could, but the gas company had installed a different gas connection that they didn't have a connection for. So, the BB installers installed the propane conversion kit, hauled off the old stove, and did everything they could before leaving. A simple call to the gas company for them to come back and complete the hookup was all that was needed. Everything works great now!

Initial install went smooth although we started to notice a faint smell of gas. It was realized the new hose has a small leak. The installers responded very quickly and replaced it with a new one. No complaints! Working thru the support process took more time than actually getting it fixed which is not the installers fault.

The installation crew was the most professional and knowledgeable of all the installation crews we have had at our houses in the last 20 years.Polite, professional, and very good.

The range is beautiful and works great! I would definitely recommend to anyone. I am, though, highly unsatisfied with the 3rd party vendor who installed it. I don't believe the gentleman who handled my install should be doing it. He also installed my dishwasher and damaged my brand new cherry cabinets in the process.
