The folks at Quality Kitchens in Gaithersburg, MD did an excellent job installing the new gas range for my mom. They called to confirm the time the day before, showed up within the scheduled window and got everything done in an hour. They spent time showing my mom how things are different on this stove than on her old one, which is important for a 91 year-old person.

Installation was flawless. Installers were on time. Had all the necessary gas line hookup fittings, Removed our old electric range. Check all connections for gas leaks and performed functional checks. Removed all debris overall a great job.

They were extremely professional and thought on their feet to solve a couple of weird installation issues involving flooring and cabinetry. Also they got the heavy new oven up a winding staircase to a 2nd floor kitchen, and the old oven down again, without scratching either oven or wall, a feat in its own right.

Installers arrived on time. Appliance was still packaged completely. Old appliance was removed quickly and carefully. I was allowed a few minutes to clean floor before stove was installed, then all burners and oven was tested. Clean up was complete.

Overall we like this range. Love having the air fryer feature in the range. The high BTU burners are great.

the two gentlemen who came to install the oven were courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of the oven and the delivery. They were efficient, knew exactly what they were doing. They politely gave me the few minutes it took to clean the area after removing the existing stove. I highly recommend these men. They ar4e an asset to your reputation.

Installation of gas double oven range was quickly done and the range installed no scratches. Very friendly installer Chris was helpful along with his teammate. Main problem I had told him I smelled gas, he said he didn’t. Next day I called gas company due to leak from stove. Emergency response from them showed connection was not tightened down enough, soapy water sprayed on connection has tons of bubbles! Would have rated 5 if not for connection not done correctly.

The installers had the new range hooked up quicker than I thought they would. No problems at all.

We bought two ranges. The first was damaged with a huge dent in the side. He said it wouldn't affect the operation of the range but would gladly take it back for us. We chose to do that and a week later we had the new one. There was a tiny scratch on it that I wouldn't have noticed but he pointed it out anyway. He also had to remove a piece of trim and asked me if it was OK to do so before he did it. Highly professional all the way.

We bought a new house, well new to us but the stove needed replaced. We decided to spoil ourselves and went with a double gas oven stove. We absolutely love our stove. Installation was fast and perfect customer service.

I cannot say enough about how easy and professional the installation was on our new Samsung gas range. They were on time, were extremely neat and you could tell - they knew what they were doing. Having the total tech package really made the installation and haul away affordable and a great value. Highly recommend!

The installation crew (two men) came almost a half day sooner than expected. Came in and installed 3 appliances and made sure they were up and running before we left. Honestly didn't expect this level of service for installation through Geek squad after reading some reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. I should say that the delivery and install is outsourced through a different company so experiences can vary I would suspect.

The gas range insulation pieces were all new and sealed in boxes. The old pieces were all gathered up and taken away from my house. The new pieces were attached to the new range and were tried out make sure that they worked. The new gas range is beautiful and works it beautifully!

Due to the licensing issue in my city/state, BestBuy has to hire external vendor/installer for the gas range installation. The Geek Squad team is much better/cleaner in providing their service in my opinion. The external vendor team came with their shoes not covered with blue shoes cover like the Geek Squad team did so I had to remove 2 stars in my review. During this covid pandemic, the cleanliness is important. They walked all over my carpet and kitchen floor, we had to clean the floor/carpet after they're done. The external vendor/installer got the job done & worked fast though; they arrived as per promised schedule.

They made it look so easy.very quick and professional.

The first guest stove we received was the incorrect stove. However, it was properly and professionally installed. The correct stove was delivered approximately two weeks later. The old stove was taken out, and the new stove was properly installed.

The installers did a quick and perfect job in the installation.

We love our gas stove. It can simmer if you just want to simmer and it does not turn it into a boil. Love the different size burners.

Love my new range. I have the gas cooking and electric baking. Can not recommend this range enough. It also has a griddle and air fryer. Life is great now.
