Where to even start. When the guys brought the stove into our kitchen they discovered that the hose they brought for the hook up was to large. That prompted my husband and I to both ask numerous times if the conversion to propane had been made. They told us that it had. My husband gave them the hose to hook up that we had from our old stove. One of the guys proceeded to turn the hose onto our propane hook up. He tried to turn the nut tight without using another wrench to stabilize the line. He ended up twisting and breaking the copper tubing on the line. The guys then put their hands in the air and said they were done and this was not their problem and they left. We had to find a plumber to come in and make the repairs on the line. Luckily we were telling him how they had the wrong size hose. The plumber took the initiative to check if the change had been made to propane. Surprise the range was still set up for natural gas. The range would not have worked properly and could have been dangerous. This problem cost us an added $412.79. It took some time and some headaches but we finally are supposed to be getting reimbursement for the bill. We have never had problems with installation from this company in the past but if you need a gas appliance take heed.

The installers improperly attached the gas hook-up causing a dangerous gas leak so bad that if we has actually lit a burner the kitchen (if not more) would have exploded. Luckily we caught it by the smell and had our gas company come and reinstall the stove. The installers were from NYC and we live in NH which is also odd. Not a good experience at all. That said, the stove itself is good except that timer is so soft, you need to be next to the stove to hear it. Love the gridle and I use it often.

1st the Product....exactly what I wanted, no frills and wasted accessories...does the job perfectly, oven temp right on the mark as well...

LP conversion kit is not included, we had to wait an extra week for the kit to arrive and lp conversion. The delivery man said Frigidaire does not include a Liquid Propane kit with their stoves

The only issue with the installation was that the LP converter kit shipped with the stove from General Electric was the wrong one and it took another 15 days to get the right part. As far as the quality of the stove, five stars… Heavy duty, really nice unit. Only drawback: the drawer at the bottom is a little bit cheap and flimsy. It comes off the rails pretty easily.

The delivery of our gas oven was on schedule and professionally installed. The conversion was performed and the stove works great.

The "Professional installation" never came. I got sick with some kid who had no business stepping foot in anyone's house, EVER. Install was over when it got hard apparently. i was told it was all squared away and buttoned up, only to be greeted by carbon monoxide alarms and a fire department to clear the house for the next 4 hours. Then you get the grand prize of a call to customer support where you'll get ZERO help from people who barely speak English. Buy from anywhere else. Please

I actually wanted the white one, but by mistake i ordered the black one. The instructions on use are not very good at all. The oven takes long to heat up. But the service was excellent. the guy that did the installation was great.

The Installers were very professional and informative. The installation was very smooth. I appreciated that they kept in contact regarding installation time.

I loove this gas range , the highest burner is amasingly fast, dont try to simmer on this one but there are 2 burners in back and a 5th burner in middle to do pancakes and grilled cheese

this review was for the second stove after which the first one failed within a few hours of installation. Second install went very well and all worked out after a few months of no oven

This delivery was technically an exchange. Our first oven didn't work properly. This one was either not installed with the conversion OR the shutters were not adjusted properly. Best Buy is aware of the problem and still have not responded about a return date and time to finish the installation. We purchased an oven in August yet still don't have an operational oven.

I have only been using the range for a few weeks so I can't speak to its durability yet. The range is very easy to use and heats very evenly. The oven temperature seems to be spot on and everything has baked very evenly. The black stainless finish is beautiful.
