The person who installed my stove, microwave and Dishwasher was EXCELLENT! He single handedly carried these appliances through my back door and wonderfully relocated the old appliances. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about appliances.

The Gas Range Installation went great, except they didn't know how to run the range. I asked them questions on how to do things, and they didn't know anything about it.

Have 2 complaints: 1) I paid $159.99 for a professional installation and $59.99 for a Range Generic Gas Kit. My range arrives in an open air, back bed of a pick-up truck. The two "techs" that installed the range had no idea why the range would not fit flush against the wall until I told them why. The design of the range did not give any clearance for the gas inlet connecter. So, the gas line and connector valve were pinned between the range and wall. Now, I have a 2 inch gap between the wall and the range. 2) The tech could not disconnect the old gas line from the valve. He was afraid that he would damage the gas inlet valve. So, he did not install the range with the new gas line. Now, I have a range that doesn't fit properly and a new gas that can't be returned. I've purchased several appliances from BestBuy and always received great service, until now. BestBuy really dropped the ball on this one.

This experience was unacceptable. They couldn't install or take the gas stove due to the safety reasons being next to a washing machine they said. i had to hire a plumber to todo this and he said that he called all local building inspectors and they never heard of this safety issue. i hav lived at my home for 25 years with this being my third gas range. Also, as for the amount I paid to have this installed and taken away while taking additional days off for the plumber was a bad experience overall. i was going to go with lowes originally and now I wish I had.
I pay for total tech and install was horrible Trash was left behind and parts of the old stove just left on my front porch .The dishwasher I also had installed was not even finished they did not connect supply lines or the drain line they just left it undone. And again the just left the trash outside in the back and I had to pay my contractor to take their trash also .Not a good experience with installing all 3 major appliances I got fron them ill think twice before using Bestbuy on major purchase again .

Worst service ever They do not have the tools to install trash everywhere From the new and old appointment was from 7am to 10 am They got here at 8pm do not pay for professional Installation I had to do it myself because they have wrong gas line and not the correct tools

Old stove was damaged when removed. No resolution has been offered. Very poor response from the installer with this issue. Would not recommend using this service.
