The install service used by my local Best Buy, completed the LP conversion and install of range very quickly. Would use them again.

Tech was absolutely hands down the best in his field!

The first installer could not install the range so a second install was scheduled. The second installer could not install the range either because the conversion was broken (either it was broken to start with or the first installer busted it). So I had to order a replacement range. The replacement range was supposed to be delivered on the 12th but something happened and they rescheduled it for the 13th. On the 13th they called me because they had lost the range, it was not at the warehouse nor with the installers. The installation was then rescheduled for the 20th. Then it was rescheduled for the 23rd because they still could not find the range. On the 18th I got a call from BestBuy saying that something was wrong with the order and that I had to start a new order from the beginning. I had been very patient but that was the end. I asked for the order to be cancelled and to get a full refund for the range and for the TotalTech subscription. The problem was that they could not cancel the order nor refund me because the range was still marked as "in transit" and therefore nothing could be done (I was at the Northgate store on the 20th, they called the back end office to try to override it but nothing could be done). Someone finally came on the 23rd and took the range from the house. After a while I got a refund. Needless to say, this is probably the worst shopping experience I have had.

The guys set up my new gas range for propane and hooked it up very well and quickly. Works great.

The technicians who installed my range well wonderful. This was the third attempt to install it and I was beginning to think the range would never be hooked up to the propane. They arrived when they said they would and promptly went to work. There was a problem with the shut off valve and they even went to Lowe’s to purchase the correct part. These people went far beyond what was expected of them.

This GE gas range functions perfectly using our propane supply. No complaints here.

Installer was FAST doing the LPG conversion. He quickly showed me the burners working (about 10 seconds each) and burners showed blue flame but were not turned up to full flame. However, when I actually cooked on the stove the burners, when turned up past a low-medium , displayed very large yellow flames under the pots and pans. Yellow is not as hot as blue flame and discharges more pollutants and blackens pots and pans. I asked the propane gas supplier about this. He said the installer might not have adjusted something called the air damper. It is located deep in the stove and must be adjusted when converting from natural gas to LPG. I will ask Best Buy to service this problem and hope they will fix it. Otherwise a good stove

I am very, very disappointed in the service received from BestBuy and Geek Squad. I can not recommend these two companies to anyone. I had to wait 13 days during Christmas for the Geek Squad to return to my home to install my gas stove correctly. When he returned , he didn’t have the tools needed to install the gas conversion kit and needed to borrow the tools from me. They also forgot to install the anti tipping device. I had to ask them to install as they were packing up and slid my stove into place.

They were polite, thorough, kept me informed of the install status, and very courteous.

Service includes the swapping of the nozzles for the gas and the flex line installation. If you need to have your house converted to LP this is NOT the service. I thought they would install the line to the LP tank outside but they don't do that. They work fast and they found a quick and easy solution to converting my house to LP but they charge extra.

The gentleman was very professional and did a very good job.
