I had initial trouble with the first oven they had delivered because it had scratches, they worked with me on setting up a new delivery date.

The installer was amazing. Efficient, detailed, understood the product. Installer was proactive in maintaining an organized install, focusing on cleanliness, site and product care. Informative all through out the process

Converted and installed the oven with ease... then taught us how to use it.

The installers were great guys, just did not have the correct size gas line.

We were having issues with the flames on the burners on the low setting were too high, so we called to get a tech to come out and adjust the burners. He came out and adjusted them to our satisfaction, great job, well done.

A couple of very friendly guys showed up with our new Range. We have been wanting to try a Propane Range for years. Everyone says we will love it. So for we are really enjoying it. The guys delivering our Range made the conversion to Propane with very little trouble and me and my wife are as happy as a Pig on Ice.....

They came to do their job didn't have all the parts was a little upset that they got to come back in a week to do the conversion kit for my stove top

Installing took to long tech people were not sure how things connected

Thought price was over the top to convert to lp I think it should be included in price of the stove which cost a good buck

I paid for hook up and installation, the stove arrived, they took the old stove, no plumber to hook up the stove, I had to pay a plumber to hook up the stove.

Great stove and price . Love The Griddle attachment. We had one burner that didnt always want to light so the manager of the store reccomend reacing it. I give 5 stars to the Lincoln store manager.

purchased one 2 years ago. Movec a n d bought 2nd one. Dissapointed they took large burner out of middle. Do not pay best buy to have 3rd party install what a joke. So unprofessional. Had no tools. We ended up wigh gas leak in house.

Excellent job the installer knew what he was doing.

Installer arrived without LP conversion kit. He then lied and said I should have gotten this in the mail. This was delayed a week already because again I was lied to about installers going to training on 1/3/23 and had to move the install to 1/10/23. I then found out it was back ordered. After delivery I was told the conversion kit is back ordered and can possibly be installed on 1/19/23. I paid almost $2000 with install for this. I will NEVER buy anything from Bestbuy again. They will go the way of Circuit City and other big box stores that has horrible customer service. They didn't even off a discount! NEVER AGAIN! I'll pay more instead of using BestBuy. Should be called WorstBuy
