Excellent job the installer knew what he was doing.

They showed up when they said they would and we’re quick to install the stove.

The 2 gentleman who delivered my range and microwave installed them very quickly and professionally. They cleaned up everything after they were done. I was very happy with the service and their professionalism.

I was very happy with the delivery and install. Extremely pleased. The delivery guy explained to me how to use it, how to steam clean it, he gave recommondations on how to clean the outside. I know he didn’t really have to do that but the fact he did was above and beyond. I’m extremely happy with my delivery.

The installers took the Samsung range and installed the new range.

From now on I will be using the installers from Best Buy. I had ones from Home Depot that failed multiple times. The installers brought my oven up my super steep and narrow drive way and installed the oven easily, since they were knowledgeable and prepared!

The third party installer was phenomenal. He was very professional and meticulous.

two people came up very professional very nice took the old one out in the new one no problems seemed to put everything together good and I was able to use after they told me to put it on low heat to get the smell out the stove which it did took like an hour and a half at most other wise after it was all ready to use

Unhappy customer. First of all range was cooking very slow, not hot enough called cust service and got them to walk me thro the procedure to fix so far so good. The flames when turned to simmer are way to high therefore to hot and burned whatever was being cooked. Called AIS who installed was told will have installer call back within 24 hours , 6 days later nothing no call. Called Best Buy told was 29 minute wait to talk to someone was put in cue got called back and explained problem was told hold on I will schedule appointment to fix it, 30 minutes later still on hold finally hung up. 5 phone calls and no resolution POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!

Still waiting for conversation kit to be installed. Ordered new oven before thanksgiving pay extra 199.00 for conversion to propane. Oven shows up without kit to do conversion. Still waiting for installers to come back with kit. Can’t use oven as 12/1/23.

Took less than 40 mins from them arriving to finish installing.

Stove may have been "ok" if not for repeated delivery failure. It was purchased at a discounted rate due to dents and that was acceptable. One of the NEW damaged parts was what I would call a leg. This makes the bottom drawer slant because it now lacks support. The oven was converted from NG to Propane as I needed. Unfortunately, one burner is unusable because it was not converted. I found the conversion piece on the floor the day of install. Install being over a month after purchase when the stove sat in the local store prior to day of purchase. Techs were out to my home twice without my new stove. NOT technicians fault. They simply brought what they were told to bring and install and then, uninstall and return due to faulty electrical connection of dishwasher (another item I purchased at time of stove purchase). Many emails back and forth about stove delivery and the ball was repeatedly dropped. If it wasn't for the "SURPRISE delivery" ( a delivery and install date I did not schedule, I would have requested an immediate refund. But with this SURPRISE delivery and install - I was happy to FINALLY have a working stove. (pictures to follow if allowed at later time).

This is a great convert kit. Easy to install and works great!

The guys were nice and stuck with it but not experienced on my brand of range. Ended up with a burner not working (and small elect fire that damaged the range)and I am left with trying to get it fixed thru the manufacture. Also did not install the anti tip hardware, just left it in the box.

Although Geek squad was unable to get to install the gas conversion kit because of the need for early delivery. I am sure that Best Buy installation associates would have completed the installation in a professional manner as all the installers over the years have done..

Competent guy did the conversion. Very pleasant guy.

The stove is heavy duty, we looked at a bunch of different brands and this one stuck out. The convection works well, it was tested when my wife baked bread and cookies,and so far she is very happy with it. So it was a good buy. The delivery and switch over to propane installation went well, the guys did a great job !!!!!
