These guys were all great. Updated all our appliances at once, wish installers would have been the same and def wish customer service would have had a clue.

The Range to Propane conversion was very quick and professional. The guys were very clean throughout the Install and conversion process. The range is converted on site.

Then men took their time and made sure everything was perfect with the assembly and installation of the gas range.

Installer did not use gas line purchased for product and did not return it to store. Many phone calls and many hours spent trying to get refund.

We were given the wrong information, and they were not able to complete the install. So, i have not been able to use stove since it was delivered

We have had 2 different installers install a Samsung range. Neither have been complete, and the last one actually left the appointment without switching the oven from natural gas to LP and we couldn't use our oven due to unsafe gas smell and flames. A repair man was sent out, but didn't have the orifices to swap it to LP. He ordered the conversion kit and just left my house without repairing the oven because Best Buy sent the wrong conversion kit. Randy was super apologetic, but I am beyond frustrated with this situation. My review is not a reflection on Randy's service.

No complaints at all . Had to replace stove and Best Buy was very accomadting about sending someone else out to do the ew conversion free of Charge .

installer was great. he has worked at our home in the past on other orders and can not recommend higher

The guys were in a big hurry. Didn't explain anything even though I asked. The propane was not regulated on the burns correctly. The burners all run high only. Very disappointed in this company.

Major Problem! I would never again use or recommend anyone using BestBuy Geek Squad for installation of range. I requested installation service which also required switching newly purchased range from natural gas to LP. Best Buy employees that came to house could not speak any English so communication was very difficult. In addition, neither was in any type of uniform. While undergoing installation, both employees were observed by me watching YouTube videos to figure out how to install range. Range top was scratched and range door was crooked when installation was complete. Service was a complete joke. I attempted to inform Best Buy of situation with no luck. Best Buy denied any wrongdoing after I provided a detailed explanation and photos. Would never buy or use anything from this company again.
