Country living propane converter

Disappointed

However, gas company wouldn't install line without range present because of liability reasons. So even though I paid $250 for conversion to propane and installation, all that was done was conversion. And I had to pay the gas company to hook up range. So I essentially paid for installation twice :>{

On going issue

My grille shoots flames up out of the rear vent.. This an on going issue.. Purely an installation issue , not the fault of stove manufacturer..

Range

When the plumber came to install it he would not install it due to the laws of installing gas. Needless to say we had to return the range. Or should I say it has not been picked up yet. We have had this range sitting in our kitchen for two weeks. I am very unhappy with this situation as I feel we should have been informed of this situation when we purchased it.

Poor service at point of sale

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On purchasing the gas range, the sales rep assured me that a licensed plumber would be doing the installation, a requirement in my Manhattan coop. On calling the delivery service I found out that a licensed plumber would NOT be part of the delivery team. As a result the delivery was delayed and I had to reschedule and secure a plumber's services at my own expense. The whole thing was needlessly aggravating and could have been avoided with accurate information at the point of sale.

Half an installation

Had to get the gas man to hook it up when he came back.
