    Techs (3 different tech, 2 helpers) wete not qualified or able to make connection. I had to hire an outside professional gas company to come complete the connection. I was not able to use my new stove for 11 full days after it was delivered to my home. You should hire qualified licensed gas people. NOT subcontractors who dont know what they are doing.

    This was NOT installed and states that it was. The tech came in and hooked it up with the conversion, then stated that he was "not contracted" to put in a filter that is REQUIRED to use the stove. Now I have a stove that CAN'T be used and no one will call me back to get it fixed.

    Apparently there is no such thing for LP conversion even though I paid for it. Purchased 10/16/23, installed without parts I paid for, still waiting for Best Buy to get parts and finish install.

    The product, after finally receiving weeks after our oven was installed work wonderful. It was missing one orifice, so we still can’t use our large burner.

    My stove was purchased on December 31st. It was delivered on Jan. 18th. My installation was cancelled many times & when they did send someone to install he did it improperly, so they had to resch file & where not going to hook it up until April 1th. So I am returning it! And will never buy from Best Buy again!

    This was the worst experience in my 35 years of real estate ownership. The salesperson coded it incorrectly, the part didn’t get ordered, the store couldn’t get a rush put on the installation, my wife has to work from home three times, and then finally the installation person showed up 1.5 hours late. Simply an awful experience all the way around.

    I don't believe I will be purchasing another appliance from your company unless you change the installation sub-contractor. This product was supposed to be installed between 7 AM to 12 PM. Instead, they showed up, ready for this, at 10 PM. Problems in installation with a prior appliance 3 weeks prior to this one.

    Adjustment

    The Technician/deliveryman said he adjusted to specs but it's still not right. Don't know who to call to due another adjustment on the valves.

    This was NOT completed! I bought a stove on 9/15/2020 and the wrong conversion kit came. The installation team left and did NOT install anything. It has been 8 months since I bought the stove and I still cannot use it because it needs to be converted to propane. DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE!!!

    they said they dont know how to install anything. they refused to take my old dishwasher and stove. i had my electrician $500 take out the appliances.

    We still don’t have the stove because the delivery arrived damaged. We refused to accept delivery - it wasn’t just a small scratch. Front door glass was broken completely.

    The team that came to install my range the first time was unqualified as well as had NO tools. The second "installer" hooked it up but according to LGs tech that came to my house it wasn't done correctly. There's isn't enough room here to go into this tragedy. Don't walk...RUN AWAY. Absolutely horrible.

    BB Screwed Up

    Upon delivery, BB screwed up and did not send proper jet with installer. Nor would he hook up to the propane line, so I had to wait a week for the gas company to come and do both. Never did get my money back from BB. Don't waste your money - call your gas company instead.
